This highly recommended, luxurious, brand new, five bedroom residence is simply exquisite. The house is set overlooking a lake on Heritage Harbour - Sarasota's premier golf resort-style community for families. This residence has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a pool bathroom, two living areas, informal and formal dining areas, full kitchen, utility room and a double garage.
The pool area is 50ft x 35ft with a 34ft x 16ft south facing heated salt water pool and spa plus a covered outdoor space. For added security around the pool for children there is a child safety barrier. Fantastic for sun worshippers and water lovers alike. Fully equipped to the highest standards and decorated exquisitely with only the most discerning guests in mind, will easily and comfortably accommodate two families.
There is one king size bedroom with ensuite / private bathroom, one queen size bedroom (bathroom situated next door but not ensuite / private) and a further queen size bedroom and two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the second floor, will comfortably sleep ten guests. Stoneybrook Golf Club which is an 18 hole, par 72, course designed by Arthur Hills one of the worlds top 5 designers and is within the Heritage Harbour Community. Guests play through a landscape, highlighted by mature woods, wetland preserves and lakes which create a truly wonderful blend of strategic risk / reward holes. It's a true golfer's course.
Golf is available 7 days a week 7.00 am to 6.00 pm and golf classes are also available for beginners. There are also many other golf courses around Heritage Harbour and the Bradenton Area (and there are lots!) which are all of an excellent standard with very reasonable rates. Bradenton is a Golfer's paradise.
Heritage Harbour can be accessed by leaving the Interstate 75 at Exit 220. It is built on more than 2,500 acres, including 200 acres of island within the Manatee River. It is situated in a convenient location with easy access to Tampa, Naples, Orlando, Sarasota etc... and within easy access to local beaches, state parks, supermarkets, local shopping malls / outlets, restaurants, theatres and much more.
Although Tampa Airport is the nearest International Airport to the property, other airports are also within an easy drive to the property and these include Sarasota / Bradenton (25 minutes), Orlando (2 hours), and Orlando Sanford (2½ hours).
If you want to visit the Orlando attractions (eg. Disney, Universal, Sea World etc...) these can be reached by car within around 1½ to 1¾ hours whilst Busch Gardens can be reached by car in around 50 minutes. This area of the Gulf Coast is stylish, upscale, beautiful and very well placed for all that Florida has to offer its visitors. A premier outlet mall is just one stop up the freeway (there are over 250 shops!). The designer shops of St Armand's Circle together with various restaurants it has to offer throughout the day and evening is about a 30 minute drive away.
There are also many fine dining and casual restaurants all within easy reach of the property! Anna Maria Island is the nearest beach - the white powdery sand has won awards worldwide as the best beach year after year. Watching the sun go down with the dolphins and manatees in the bay is simply a must when you stay here!
The famous beaches of Lido and Siesta Key are also only a short drive away. The aquarium and Ringling Brothers Circus Museum are firm favourites, too! There are boats to hire, boats to ride - all sorts of water sports - fishing - the list is endless! There is no place like this place!

It was a fantastic experience in a well appointed home. It had all the facilities required to relax and recuperate. It still however through a PC and DSL allowed you to keep in touch with work and family. The pool is brilliant. Apart from the garage door opener, two fobs to enter the compound may be useful where the Guests use more than one vehicle. Having said that, the security chaps were extremely helpful and accommodating so not having it provides no difficulty. We had a great time at the house and in the development. Everything exceeded our expectations. One thing that needs to be added to the house is a trashcan. We found out that animal’s love to Spread trash all over the neighbourhood. So I highly recommend adding a trashcan to the house So that guests don’t have to pick up the remains from the neighbours yard before the garbage men Picks it up. We had two families bringing one child each and the place was perfect for us. We found the pool child barrier very helpful. We all loved the pool, the pool toys, the floaties for the pool, etc. A previous rental we stayed at in North Carolina didn’t have enough pool chairs for our party, but that was not the case here. There was plenty of seating for all. The kitchen was very nice and very well situated in the house. I loved having a computer there for use and have never had that in a rental before but will look for it in the future. The bedrooms were nice as well and very spacious. Having boxes of toys and childrens books were very helpful. We brought some things, but for a week vacation, the kids get sick of their own toys and want to play with new stuff so that was very helpful. We also made good use of the beach toys that we took with us on our two beach visits. Also nice were the extra kid videos there, but we never used the playstation 2 as there weren’t really any games to play.
