Casa del Sol is a luxury two bedroom condo one short block to the beach where the jungle meets the sea. Located on the south end of Jaco Beach, this condo is perfect for families seeking a fun and relaxing beach vacation, sport fishermen looking for the perfect catch, adventurous surfers looking for that ultimate wave, or retired couples looking for a comfortable place to call home.
Beginning surfers can learn to surf with one of the many surf schools in Jaco. The waves at the south end of Jaco are especially good for beginners.
More experienced surfers can venture down the coast five minutes to test their skills on the extreme waves at Playa Hermosa, home of the 2009 International Surf Championships.
Casa del Sol is one of 16 luxury condos in the Club del Sol complex that surround a tropical garden, swimming pool, and waterfalls. Our condo, #11 at Club del Sol, sleeps up to 7 people.
The condo has master bedroom has a king size bed and adjoining bathroom, a guest room with one twin size bed & a bunk bed, a guest bathroom, and a living room with a double sofa bed.
In addition, the unit has a flat-screen TV with cable, air-conditioning in every room and free Wi-Fi. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Also, for our little guests there is an Xbox, board games, videos and books. The entire condo has been professionally decorated with beautifully custom-crafted hardwood furniture and teak trim.
For dining, enjoy the outdoor balcony that overlooks the lush tropical gardens with poolside BBQ and beautiful swimming pool. If you prefer dining out, set out for one of Jaco's many delicious restaurants. Our concierge is happy to assist with recommendations.
Casa del Sol has maid service on request ($10 per day). Our concierge can arrange canopy tours, jungle excursions, ATV rentals, airport transportation and many other activities.

Casa del sol is everything and more....clean safe and comfortable...we were a family of 6 with 4 adult children and had plenty of room for all..the grounds are beautiful and well maintained..the staff, including our driver who picked up a group of weary travelers on our arrival, are professional and caring..we rented a condo with the intention of cooking at least one meal a day and had no problems..the kitchen supplies are simple but thoughtfully stocked. Traveling around the area was super easy and a quick call to the office has the cab there and waiting for you to go wherever..directly across the street was a market for small item like bread or drinks and the little marisqueria ( similar to a coffee shop) was a regular stop for a quick bite during the day...the condo at casa del sol was a welcoming place to return to after full days of exploring beautiful Costa Rica.....Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We live in CR and head to the beach as often as possible. This is a very nice condo with every thing you will need. It's a small, private complex of condos with beautiful landscaping and a very nice pool. It is one block from the beach and a short taxi ride to downtown Jaco. This is a good thing as it is more quiet and peace just outside of downtown Jaco. It sleeps 7 comfortably, but is also a good value for a couple or smaller groups. We have stayed at dozens of different places in CR, both the pacific and Atlantic sides and this is one of our favorites. Outstanding condo, great value and very professional and responsive owners! You will not be disappointed.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We live in CR and head to the beach as often as possible. You can't find a better place and value. The condo is very nice and has everything you need. The complex is one block from the beach, very nicely maintained and secure. It is a short drive, less than 5 minutes, to downtown Jaco. This is good, as it is better to be a short distance away from all the noise. I have three daughters and the two older ones always want to bring a friend with us to the beach. So the best part for me is this condo comfortably sleeps 7 making it an outstanding value if your group is larger than the standard 4 accommodations. Even if you are just a couple or a group of 4 this condo is very reasonably priced. Last, the owners are very easy to work with, responsive and very professional. You will not be disappointed and we are coming back. Pura vida!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

While down in Costa Rica for dental work I rented this condo for a week away with my adult daughter. We had a wonderful time in this very comfortable condo. I never used the pool when down in CR before but at Casa del Sol we were poolside whenever we were not visiting the sites. The manager and staff were very responsive and solicitous, the beds very comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, and the convenience to the beach was ideal. The condo offers wi-fi access as well as phone so we were never out of touch. All in all it was a place I would recommend to anyone!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I just recently visited Club del Sol and loved it! I went with my family to spend the week between Christma's and New Year's and we had a blast. The property is kept clean and taken care of. The condo we stayed at had nice finishes and was nicely furnished. The kitchen has everything you need in order to prepare a meal. I was a bit concerned about sharing the pool with 18 more condos but surprisingly enough my family and my friend's family were the only ones using the pool and the place was full. It was a bit more packed on New Year's day but not bad at all. I would love to go back to Club del Sol in the near future. It is a family friendly place and I wouldn't think twice about visiting again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We were lucky to stay at Casa del Sol for a long weekend at the end of August, expecting to spend our time with our daughter and her friends at a convenient place close to the Pacific where the young ones wanted to surf. We all were more than surprised and delighted. Casa del Sol is a real gem. The spacious condo, nicely and warmly furnished, easily and comfortably accomodated 5 persons and 2 optional. It was wonderful to have such a well equipped kitchen to prepare breakfast and dinner. Our adult kids enjoyed the swimmingpool after the surf, and we all benfitted from the valuable hints we gratefully received from the owner and from the staff. My husband and I enjoyed the kayak tour while our surfers were so happy about the short distance to the beach and to the surf shop that they stayed one day longer as planned. Our thanks to Kelly and David, the owners, as well as to Julieta and the staff. They all were wonderful, helpful, very kind and made our stay unforgettable. Even when we did not plan to go somewhere, they made nice suggestions such as visiting the Marina where we took our last coffee and were happy about all what we were able to experience and enjoy. I could not think of a better place in Jaco / Playa Hermosa.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

We had a great time! The condo was perfect and so was the location. Julieta and Katie, the concierges, are lovely people and very helpful with bookings, information and snagging lost luggage. My friends and I stayed here at Casa Del Sol in July and it was the most amazing vacation getaway ever!! The staff and security was super friendly and helpful. The condo was perfect for us to relax. CASA DEL SOL was everything and more that we were hoping for while in JACO. There are no pictures nor words that can do this place justice! This small surf town was our favorite location while Costa Rica. The location is PERFECT, just far enough from downtown to really feel like you're on a vacation!Relax and enjoy the all the Green that surrounds u. David ( the owner) was exceptionally helpful as well as the entire staff at Club Del Sol. Costa Rica is an amazing country with a LOT of fun and adventure to offer. About the owner: We have been spending our summers in Costa Rica at Casa del Sol since 2005. We have made many new friends by the pool and have enjoyed every minute of living the 'Pura Vida' lifestyle. Kelly loves meeting new people around the pool and making them feel at home. A late bloomer, David started his surfing career at age 40, and now some 7 years later he is still learning how to ride the perfect wave. Their daughter, Sydney, teaches English at a local school and raises money for school supplies.
Why the Owner Chose Jaco:
We traveled up and down both coasts of Costa Rica but could not find a better location than Club del Sol. The staff is friendly and helpful, the waves are perfect, and we are far enough from the center of town to remain tranquillo.
