While down in Costa Rica for dental work I rented this condo for a week away with my adult daughter. We had a wonderful time in this very comfortable condo. I never used the pool when down in CR before but at Casa del Sol we were poolside whenever we were not visiting the sites. The manager and staff were very responsive and solicitous, the beds very comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, and the convenience to the beach was ideal. The condo offers wi-fi access as well as phone so we were never out of touch. All in all it was a place I would recommend to anyone!

I just recently visited Club del Sol and loved it! I went with my family to spend the week between Christma's and New Year's and we had a blast. The property is kept clean and taken care of. The condo we stayed at had nice finishes and was nicely furnished. The kitchen has everything you need in order to prepare a meal. I was a bit concerned about sharing the pool with 18 more condos but surprisingly enough my family and my friend's family were the only ones using the pool and the place was full. It was a bit more packed on New Year's day but not bad at all. I would love to go back to Club del Sol in the near future. It is a family friendly place and I wouldn't think twice about visiting again.

We had a great time,,, the condo was clean and a lovely view of the garden and pool, both of which were immaculate. We enjoyed cable tv in the evenings and using the wifi. Thanks for the great weekend getaway.

We were lucky to stay at Casa del Sol for a long weekend at the end of August, expecting to spend our time with our daughter and her friends at a convenient place close to the Pacific where the young ones wanted to surf. We all were more than surprised and delighted. Casa del Sol is a real gem. The spacious condo, nicely and warmly furnished, easily and comfortably accomodated 5 persons and 2 optional. It was wonderful to have such a well equipped kitchen to prepare breakfast and dinner. Our adult kids enjoyed the swimmingpool after the surf, and we all benfitted from the valuable hints we gratefully received from the owner and from the staff. My husband and I enjoyed the kayak tour while our surfers were so happy about the short distance to the beach and to the surf shop that they stayed one day longer as planned. Our thanks to Kelly and David, the owners, as well as to Julieta and the staff. They all were wonderful, helpful, very kind and made our stay unforgettable. Even when we did not plan to go somewhere, they made nice suggestions such as visiting the Marina where we took our last coffee and were happy about all what we were able to experience and enjoy. I could not think of a better place in Jaco / Playa Hermosa.

We had a great time! The condo was perfect and so was the location. Julieta and Katie, the concierges, are lovely people and very helpful with bookings, information and snagging lost luggage. We really loved the country and the people and will probably go back again.

CASA DEL SOL was everything and more that we were hoping for while in JACO. There are no pictures nor words that can do this place justice! This small surf town was our favorite location while Costa Rica. The location is PERFECT, just far enough from downtown to really feel like you're on a vacation!Relax and enjoy the all the Green that surrounds u. David ( the owner) was exceptionally helpful as well as the entire staff at Club Del Sol. Costa Rica is an amazing country with a LOT of fun and adventure to offer. We sure hope your experience at Casa Del Sol is as perfect as our was.

I have traveled extensively in Costa Rica and Club del Sol is absolutely one of the nicest places I have stayed. The Unit owner and the management at CdS went out of their way to make my stay perfect. The unit and the grounds were 4-star IMHO....simple elegance is how I'd describe it. The location was quiet and private, only a two minute walk to the beach and removed from the noise of central Jaco, yet only a 10 minute taxi ride to downtown. Simply put, it is Pura Vida to the max!

We just returned from a week's stay at Club del Sol, #11, and it was absolutely perfect. A beautiful condo with a huge master bedroom and bathroom, super comfy bed, flatscreen TVs, granite kitchen and a great deck overlooking the pool. It's a great location at the south end of the beach, which is definitely the calmest and prettiest section, and only a $2.00 cab ride into town. The staff is superb; very friendly and knowledgeable and nice enough to loan us two bikes for our entire stay. The pool and patio were awesome. The 24-hour security guard was also a great comfort, as we had expensive surfboards and camera equipment with us. This place was a great value in the Green (Rainy) Season, which we didn't find as rainy as advertised. A nightly downpour from 5:00pm to 8:00pm after a day of sun was actually welcome. Good surfing right out front and crazy good surfing at Playa Hermosa ($4.00 cab ride) just south. If you're going to Jaco for a couple of days or a week, this is the place. A true luxury condo for a cheap price.

Excerpt from the magazine "Outdoor Florida"Reprinted with permission from the author GON’ CATCHIN’With Capt. Ralph PiñeiroNormally I try to keep my expectations low so as not too become too disappointed, when I do one the items in my list. For the trip to Costa Rica this was not the case. My expectations were super high. On the flight over I was actually worried that they were too high, and reality would not be able to live up to my expectations. Not to worry, all my expectations were met and surpassed, please read on. Since almost everything was perfect I will try not to bore you with too many details, but rest assured, I strongly recommend Costa Rica to all of you. If it weren’t because my wife does not want to move over there, our house would be up for sale already (and we just got back a week and a half ago). She liked the place, but she does not want to move that far away from our children. Not yet anyway, but I’m still working on it (after all is only a 2½ hour flight). After 34 years, going at it alone is not an option...We left Punta Leona and drove south about ½ hour to the Condominios Club del Sol Hotel in the town of Jaco Beach...The manager, Julieta Mitnik & her husband, Sergio, a friendly couple from Argentina saved our day, and quickly made us forget the bad experience at Punta Leona. Our “room” was a professionally decorated, luxury 2- BR condo with everything included, full kitchen, living room, and even washer and dryer. What a difference! You will find quite a few Americans at Jaco. I could live happily ever after here, so these condos and the town of Jaco get two thumbs way up...

We truly enjoyed our stay at Casa Del Sol. The spacious condo had all the amenities of home including a beautiful granite counter top in the kitchen. We came from a hotel across the street that was not half as desirable. I will recommend Casa Del Sol to all my friends.

Casa Del Sol was an absolute pleasure to stay at!! The accomodations were beautiful and the pool area spectacular! I had been staying at the hotel across the street, and the move to Casa Del Sol was an incredible step up in atmosphere, cleanliness, and modern facilities. I highly recommend this condo!
