Largo Mar is located on the quiet east side of Panama City Beach and close to excellent restaurants, attractions, shopping, and golf courses as well as Saint Andrews State Park (make gorgeous family beach pictures here!). Largo Mar is a 72-unit complex.
Our unit is located on the second level overlooking a beautiful courtyard and pool, only a few steps to the beach - NO STREETS TO CROSS! Complex also offers hot tub, shuffleboard, pool table, wi-fi and a beautiful lounging area at the pool for sunning.
We have just finished (Sept 2007) completely renovating our unit with a king-size bed and new queen-size sleeper sofa. Everything is furnished for your vacation enjoyment. We also provide beach chairs and even good books to read while relaxing. The deck off the living room has a bistro set and chairs for that first relaxing morning coffee. The deck off the bedroom has a beautiful beach view and sliding doors to enjoy those cool night-time breezes.
With 1275 square feet, this unit is plenty spacious for two couples with children. All you need to bring is your clothing, golf clubs, and food. We want you to enjoy staying at Largo Mar and feel like you are home!

I've been going to Largo Mar since 1988 and I love the set up. Walk out your door and your 30 seconds to the pool and less than 2 minutes to the beach. There's a great restaurant (Schooners) within walking distance and Thomas Drive is the "quiet" end of the beach. You're also minutes from 2 great golf courses (Bay Point and The Hombre). The only real negative is management seems change from year to year and some units are nicer than others. Overall this is a great place to stay.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Keith and Suzanne, Danny and Brenda are the owners of this condo and we are sure you will enjoy your stay at Largo Mar. We have provided all of the amenities you have at home and you can be on the beach within 3 minutes! We are ON THE BEACH SIDE and you have no streets or roads to cross.
