Big apartment, very smart and comfortable, and with all necessary like your own home. All is nearby, people really do not need any way of transport.
Ideally to two to eight people inclusive (120 metres), it has got two bedrooms with dressing cupboards, two modern bathrooms with shower and a bath, fully-equipped kitchen, and a big sitting of 50 metres with two doubles and comfortable bed sofas (luxury furniture), lounge divided in several environments. This is a good election.

Pros: The apartment description is accurate and the photos posted by owner shows the apartment as it is, It is very convenient regarding the location, is just steps from Puerta del Sol and its thousands of tourists, and near to all delicious restaurants of Madrid, specially El Museo del Jamon, not to mention that El Cortes Ingles with its wonderful market and delicious cafeteria on the 7th floor, is just a block away. All the equipment in the kitchen were in good condition, including the washing machine (we use it frequently), the apartement is equipped with all the necessary for staying comfortably, it is kept in good condition overall. The owner's daughter was the person in charge to open it to us, she was very informative. Cons: 1) There is not lift, so be prepare to carry the luggage on by the stairs to the second floor. 2)there is not air conditioning (it was hot in Madrid, autum was delayed this year...) and not fans whatsoever, 3) definitely the linen needs improvement, maybe white linen would be better for a rental apartment. In general, our experience was really good, and we recommend this property to everyone who wants to stay in the center of Madrid, living as a local far from home. Perfect central location. Most attractions can be reached comfortably on foot, but the metro is steps away also. Quiet, well equipped apartment with two full bathrooms in a very busy area off Plaza Mayor. The apartment was neat and comfortable, though we found it needed a more thorough cleaning when we moved some furniture arouind in the living room area.Great people watching in the square day and night, plenty of restaurants nearby and grocery on the corner. Easliy handled Mom, Dad and three adult kids.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with teenagers.
