HOME SIZE
This home is SPACIOUS for a beach house approximately 1,500 square feet = 135 square meters in size(This does NOT including garage and third floor ocean-view balcony). Home was newly constructed in 2002.
FIRST FLOOR LEVEL
Parking for two cars with one in the garage and one on the street in front of the doorway - two off-street places to park automobiles (valuable in beach area of limited parking options).
SECOND FLOOR LEVEL
This floor includes the sleeping quarters:
~~Master bedroom - QUEEN size bed sleeps two, large wardrobe closet, expansive windows overlooking Sunset Island boat channel, large master bathroom with tiled Roman Jacuzzi spa tub with designer Italian Tucson file floors and leaded glass window.
~~Hall bedroom - FULL size bed sleeps two, full glass mirror wardrobe closet doors.
~~Hall bathroom - serves hall bedroom and third floor living area, Roman spa shower with designer Kohler® lavatory fixtures and safety glass doors.
~~ Hall laundry room has a compact stackable washer and dryer for laundry including your personal washing; detergent supplies provided.
~~Closets and cabinets are empty for maximum space to store your personal items during your visit.
THIRD FLOOR LEVEL
This floor contains the GREAT ROOM living area.
~~ Expansive views over neighbor houses to the Sunset Island boating canal and beyond to the beach ocean, sand and surf.
~~ HUGE GREAT ROOM with cable TV and easy-to-use electronic fireplace, soaring two-story cathedral ceilings and windows splash light throughout the room.
~~ Dining table seats six to eight.
~~ Open kitchen built in classic "U" shape with extra counter space, extra large refrigerator, full stove and oven, and microwave. Third floor balcony has gas barbecue with blue Pacific Ocean views. Dishes and cooking pots & pans provided.

~~ Verify GREAT location for Bay View Drive on Sunset Island, Sunset Beach (look under Huntington Beach City), California using MapQuest or Google internet mapping sites to verify proximity to local Southern California attractions.
