Gainey Ranch is a high-end gated community in the heart of Scottsdale and close to everything. This unit is in Sunset Cove and overlooks the 8th Green (left side of a short Par 3). Use of this unit also includes use of the Sunset Cove Pool & Hot Tub just 100 feet away.
All new paint, new carpet, new appliances, new bath fixtures and new furniture. Very open great room plan (formal dining area & living room combo), extra large master suite & bath w/ jetted tub & separate shower, nice guest bedroom, BBQ patio off the kitchen & breakfast nook plus larger patio off the great room w/ a super view and electric retractible awning. Outstanding condo. Clean, well equipped and very comfortable. would recommend for anyone but especially nice for retired people...easy to have guests visit in second bedroom area.
