Our 3 bedroom town house/condo is located in Indian Shores, a beautiful and charming beach community with quaint little shops and local restaurants. It offers upscale dining and a variety of activities on and off its pristine beach. Come and enjoy our wonderful direct Gulf home. We offer 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. Beds are a king in master, queen in second, and 2-full size beds in third room. This 2-story building is intimate but spacious with only nine other units on the property.
The Master bedroom faces the Gulf with its own Gulf front sitting room, private deck off living room and a 500 square foot private deck with hot tub, off the loft area offering panoramic views of the beaches, inter-coastal waterway and breathtaking sunsets. The wood beams and hardwood floors add warmth along with the 18 foot stone fireplace. Professionally decorated with new designer furniture. Nautical Watch is the perfect vacation home being centrally located to major cities like Tampa, St. Petersburg and Orlando, offering many activities like fishing trips, jet ski rentals, Busch Gardens, Hard Rock Casino and Disney Parks or just relax on our wonderful safe beach and let the world go by.
It offers all the amenities needed for you to enjoy your vacation and not worry about anything. Watch the sun rise from the large private viewing deck and the sun set from your own private hot tub. This place was a treat! This place is for anyone looking for a view of the Gulf, great walks on the beach, beautiful sunsets and sunrises!, great balconies, privacy, amenities, close to great restaurants and Island rentals - wonderful! My husband and I stayed here for 9 days and awoke to the sound of the waves rolling in instead of an alarm clock. It was more room than we needed for the two of us. We were in the master bedroom with balcony doors opening to the beach and a beautiful en suite with a modern walk in shower. The main floor also had a nice queen bedroom and laundry facilities. The kitchen was lovely, well equipped, modern and overlooked a lovely living area that also had a balcony with a view of the gulf. The spiral staircase to the upper deck led to another bedroom with two double beds and another set of patio doors to the roof which extended from east to west. We got up a few mornings to sit in the hot tub and watch the sunrise from the east and later in the afternoon we enjoyed cocktails and games of scrabble and cribbage watching the beach on the west side! Spectacular! We got up every morning to have coffee then go for a jog or long walk, come back to have breakfast and then play tennis, rent a kayak on the inter-coastal, or rent a beach bike. Great place. My husband has been going to the area for 35+ years - This his his favorite place to stay! We will be back. Recommended for: families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

We visited Nautical Watch over the 4th of July. The condo is exactly as pictured and the fireworks were amazing - well worth the extra cost for a holiday week. We had one full day of rain which is unheard of in Indian Shores, but we made the best of it inside the condo. The ice maker was replaced while we were there, even though we hadn't noticed any problems. There was a slight problem with the hot tub and it was fixed right away. There are plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops, grocery stores and dollar stores closeby. We really enjoyed eating in Madeira Beach at Dockside Dave's and we had to try Bubba Gump Shrimp Company, which was also very good. When our dog needed a prescription diet, the people at Oakhurst Veterinary Hospital were very friendly and helpful. When we decided to stay an extra two days, Kate and Linda were very accomodating and moved us to another property in Treasure Island. There are so many things to do, that we didn't have time to do them all! I would highly recommend this condo.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, pet owners, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

This home is absolutly beautiful. We were able to enjoy the warmth of the fireplace and the relaxation of the hot tub.The beach was very nice, even with the cooler weather, we were able to walk on the beach and see the most awesome sunsets!The resturants and stores being close is a big plus! We had a wonderful vacation and already set up plans for next year!

Our families wanted to say thank you for setting us up in your beautiful Nautical Watch and Sunset House, which are right next door to each other, something we did not think we could do with 2 large families coming together on vacation. Everything was wonderful, beautifully decorated, fresh,clean & well stocked for our daily needs. The view & sunsets, the sandy beaches were awesome. The variety of resturants was perfect. We could not have asked for a better vacation. From our 1st phone call to your office, until we left, helped make this trip memoriable. We will stay at any of your properties, and will again!
