  We have rented this condo the past two years and we really enjoy our time there. The condo is arranged very well - virtually two master suites with king size beds and a bunk room. There is a view of the ocean from the living room, master and the balcony. It is well equipped and Karen is great about answering questions and solving any small problems that may come up. We stay over two months so occasionally there is something we need to contact her about and her response is always immediate. You can't go wrong renting this condo.

  Stayed at this condo from 12/21-12/27 for Christmas Holiday. Absolutely loved this place and was so glad after all my researching this is the placed I booked. We traveled with 2 dogs. Pet-Friendly was top of my list. Dogs had a great time. Maravilla has a pet walking area in the complex and a huge walking path that runs in front of the property for miles- we walked our pets up and down the waterfront 3x day. Lots of dogs around. This condo has a nice ocean view, though not directly gulf view facing like Building 2 - loved the view. Very large balcony - patio doors from master BR and LR. The place is so clean - tile floors throughout. Excellent kitchen supplies - everything you need to cook. Washer/Dryer was nice to have. Comfortable beds. I love the master bedroom - patio door open - listening to the ocean at night. Since you are on the 3rd floor - you have privacy and a view....The heated pool was great for December - and its truly heated not just lukewarm- felt great on cooler days. So convenient - maybe 200 feet to the beach...went morning, noon and night every day to the beach for long walks. Pompano Joes - walk on the beach and you're there - so close for sunset cocktails. You are 2.5 miles to the large movie theatre. 2 very large grocery stores within 2 miles. Great, great location. Miramar gets you out of all the Destin craziness, better beaches...but still so close to access everything you might want to do. Side trips - you can easily drive 15 miles down 30A for great views/other beaches, etc. Location was excellent.

  Our second summer to spend a week in Destin. Condo is exactly as she describes. Close to beach and elevator.Love having beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Our grandchild is already asking when we are going back to the beach. Would recommend condo to everyone.

  Great trip, great weather, much needed R & R with the family and a beautiful and comfortable condo. Condo was as pictures described....beautiful and clean. Love the location to elevator/stairs. Great view of the Gulf! Enjoyed being on the balcony....peace and quite with a gulf breeze. The owner, was very sweet and helpful in all the details of planning our stay in Destin. Thanks again for letting us bring our Hopper with us. Kitchen fully stocked. Love having washer and dryer in unit to stay caught up on that chore :)Very comfortable beds! A nice bonus is have 2 beach chairs with umbrella set up and waiting for you each day! Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home with us. Have a blessed rest of the year.

  My wife and brother and sister inlaw arrived at the condo on a Sat. evening. The condo was everything we were told it would be. Very roomy, nice balconys with a great view, and a kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook with if you do not want to eat out every night. Karen was very helpful in answering all of our questions before our arrival and we would for sure recommend her condo for a week long stay.

  This condo was perfect for me and my family as well as my brother and his family there is plenty of room for everyone and the kids loved their own little room. The kitchen had everything that you needed to cook a meal if you wanted to and if you wanted to go out there were plenty of menus in a basket in the kitchen of local restaurants that were great places to eat. I enjoyed the location to the beach it was so much closer than I had anticipated that it was going to be. On one morning I actually grabbed my 18 month old who had woke up at 6:45am in her pjs and I in my pjs and we walked across the street and sat in the sand and watched the waves just the two of us it was very special it is a very special place and we definetely will be back and rent from Karen again!!!! Thanks so much!

  This condo was just as presented by VRBO. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 month stay and intend to return next year. The location is perfect, the views from the living room and master were wonderful and the owners were wonderful to deal with so it was a great vacation. Condo was walkable to several good restaurants and complex was gated so we felt safe at all times.

  There are many places in Destin that offer the loud night life and other distractions. If you're looking for a quiet, home away from home then book this. We've stayed at other Destin locations but this one was what we were looking for all along.

  We stayed for 5 days at the condo and everything we needed was provided for us there. The kitchen is fully equipped and the layout is perfect with the two baths located next to each bedroom. The beach view from the balcony is lovely and it is a very short walk to the beach. We couldn't have had a better time there!

  A very nice vacation. We stayed July 4th week, The balcony faced the east so you have nice sun in the morning and nice shade in the afternoon, with a decent view of the gulf. The beach attendant was most helpfull with guest. You are walking distance to some nice restuarants (beach walk if you desire). The unit was very nice with all the comforts of home. Security on duty after hours so no need to worry about property left in cars (kayaks,chairs ,etc) Would recommend it for anyone.
