This condo is a corner unit with a great coastline view of the Gulf. You can relax on the queen sleeper sofa and view the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Located on the 3rd floor, this condo has the best view of the Gulf from building one. Total square footage of the condo is 1040 with a 40 foot balcony. This unit gets the morning sun and evening shade.
This condo will accommodate 6 people in beds and an additional 2 on the queen sleeper sofa in the family room. The master and guest bedrooms both have king-sized beds with a 32" wall-mounted HDTV with built-in DVD player. The bunk room is a smaller enclosed room with a window, a small dresser with their own TV. The kids will just love the bunk room!
The kitchen is equipped for meals and has many small appliances including a microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and can opener. All dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans are provided. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer and a large pantry.
The beach service of two chairs and one umbrella is complimentary, weather and beach conditions permitting, between mid March and late October.
Maravilla condos are one of the most popular pet-friendly family complexes in Miramar Beach/Destin area with a 2.5 acre beautiful beach, two pools (one heated), hot tub, poolside grills, and a fitness room. The community club house is available for larger gatherings and comes equipped with a kitchen and sitting area with a 48 inch big screen TV. Why the Owner Chose Maravilla
We have come to this area for many years to vacation here. We feel our beach is the prettiest with its sugar-white sand that is not hot on your feet. We never tire of seeing dolphins in the ocean right in front of the condo. There are many restaurants to choose from, plenty of shopping and activities. The warmth of the sun and the gentle breeze is soothing and relaxing. The sound of the waves calls our names to come back year after year.

There are many places in Destin that offer the loud night life and other distractions. If you're looking for a quiet, home away from home then book this. We've stayed at other Destin locations but this one was what we were looking for all along.

We stayed for 5 days at the condo and everything we needed was provided for us there. The kitchen is fully equipped and the layout is perfect with the two baths located next to each bedroom. The beach view from the balcony is lovely and it is a very short walk to the beach. We couldn't have had a better time there!

A very nice vacation. We stayed July 4th week, The balcony faced the east so you have nice sun in the morning and nice shade in the afternoon, with a decent view of the gulf. The beach attendant was most helpfull with guest. You are walking distance to some nice restuarants (beach walk if you desire). The unit was very nice with all the comforts of home. Security on duty after hours so no need to worry about property left in cars (kayaks,chairs ,etc) Would recommend it for anyone.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We just returned from a weeklong stay at this condo. The accommodations were great for a family of 4 plus the grandparents. Everything was kept very clean and the condo was just as described. The children (ages 1.5 and 6) loved the bunkroom! I was definitely pleased with our stay and look forward to staying here again.

The place is great! It was very easy to get “checked in” – send the check and get the secret decoder ring – voila – Home Sweet Home. My wife packed as if we were staying a month; thankfully there is close parking and it is next to the elevator. The rooms are nicely decorated and much bigger than a regular hotel. The kids were banished to the bunk beds, but they had fun anyways watching television and movies on the DVD player. The grandparents (baby sitters) had 1 room and we stayed in the other. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The TV/remotes worked and did not require an engineering degree from MIT to operate. Unfortunately we had 1 day of rain, but we were able to live comfortably in the den playing board games. The master bedroom has a private balcony so we could drink our morning coffee and see the ocean. There is also another balcony off of the den that you can view the ocean too. Final Points 1) The kitchen was fully stocked and in good condition. 2) Everything worked and was clean. 3) Large pantry to store provisions. 4) A/C worked ! 5) CLEAN FLOORS! (Tile floors made it easy to clean up spills) 6) Comfortable furniture Wonderful visit and the owner’s are very friendly and easy to work with.
