Enjoy a wonderful vacation in this spacious, two bedroom, two and a half bath, town house style villa just minutes from the beach, tennis and golf! This villa allows you to enjoy Hilton Head and all it has to offer in one of the most popular resort areas-Palmetto Dunes.
For tennis players, this villa offers two hours of free tennis per day at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. You have easy access to the most beautiful beaches on Hilton Head Island from one of two beach clubs with facilities. Golfers can enjoy a round on one of the excellent golf courses in Palmetto Dunes or surrounding areas. You have access to miles of bike paths within Palmetto Dunes and around the island. Our unit provides 3 (2 regular, 1 tandem) beach bicycles for you to explore with and a bike trailer to transport kids, chairs and/or toys to the beach. You are only twenty steps from the nearest of two pools.
The roomy living area of this villa has many windows for scenic views. Enjoy a refreshing drink on the deck overlooking the lagoon while grilling on one of the two provided grill (gas or charcoal). Snowbirds enjoy a wood burning fireplace for cooler evenings. There is a wet bar located in the living area and a dining area with easy access to the large kitchen. Laundry room and a large half bath complete the first floor. The Master has a king bed, walk- out balcony, beautiful, newly remodeled bath with double sinks, large tile shower and a large walk in closet. The second bedroom has two queen beds and newly remodeled, private bath with tub/shower. Your party will enjoy the extra living space that this large villa provides.
Palmetto Dunes has 24 hour security and free transportation provided within Palmetto Dunes/Shelter Cove via the Palmetto Dunes Beach Buggy (in season). Enjoy the convenience of the General Store, J. Alexander’s restaurant and Palmetto Dunes Outfitters.

This villa has everything you need and is in an ideal location. Palmetto Dunes plantation is centrally located on the island and is beautifully maintained. This villa in the middle of Palmetto Dunes is close to everything - pool, tennis, golf, beach, general store. You can ride the provided bicycles for miles and miles. You will not regret staying here!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We just returned from another great week in HHI. The condo description was accurate. Very spacious unit that included a gas grill as well as charcoal. We particularly appreciated the sand chairs and bicycles that were available for our use. Wish we knew there was a crib as our 6-week old granddaughter was with us. Very close to tennis; we played every day.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.
