The 20-foot by 20-foot, lake-side bedroom has a huge closet, ceiling fan, and elegant Thomasville oak chest, armoire with large TV, CD and DVD, matching bedside chests with brass lamps, gorgeous arched, spindled queen-size bed and French doors that open to the lake.
The second bedroom has similar furnishings with two queen beds. The livingroom has 2 queen hide-a-beds and the sunroom also has a queen hide-a-bed.
Enjoy a glowing fire in the living room while looking over the lake. This room opens to the sun room and kitchen to provide an open feeling. The kitchen, with four stools up against the breakfast bar, and the dining area overlook the lake and sport an indoor grill and provide plenty of room to entertain your guests. The sunroom is the perfect place to enjoy 180-degree views of the lake and absorb the wonder of Mount Konocti surrounded in pastel colors at both sunrise and sunset while relaxing in the round rattan chairs.
Enjoy grilling up your fish as you view the lake and then eat under the covered patio only 20 feet from the water's edge. Catch bass out of your front yard. Watch the grebes dance, egrets hunt, and geese and ducks parade by. Look for blue herons, turkey vultures, cormorant, eagles, osprey, or even a muskrat or lake otter while lounging on lush green, lakeside lawn.
Wineries, restaurants, casinos, motorcycle trails, antiquing, grocery stores, gas stations are all within five minutes, yet you will feel like you own the lake with wonderful lake front privacy. With a hot tub, fireplace, air conditioning, a full laundry room with washer, dryer and wash basin, all linens and towels provided, a fully automatic, covered, lit boat lift, swim platform with ladder and a jet ski lift, you will only need to pack a bathing suit, a fishing pole and a pair of binoculars.
Watch the glitter on the lake and count the stars while wrapping up an active day by relaxing in the hot tub. If you spend a week here, you will not want to leave.
