Our villa is an end unit in a private plantation golf community. There are 5 pools in the complex, one just steps from our villa. We have the best views in Queens Grant, looking onto the 11 mile lagoon that runs through Palmetto Dunes. It is near the Robert Trent Jones golf course.
This is a ground level unit with nobody above or below you, offering privacy, and it's convenient to all the amenities of Palmetto Dunes Resort. Three award-winning golf courses, 12 top-rated tennis courts, swimming pools and less than a 5 minute bike ride to the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head. (There is also free parking available at the Beach House, which is not even a minute away by car.)
You may also choose to be chauffeured by the FREE Palmetto Dunes Buggy service (available mid-March through mid-September). Get personal door-to-door service to anywhere in the plantation, Palmetto Dunes beach, Shelter Cove Harbor, Shelter Cove Mall, Restaurants, Tennis courts and any of the three golf courses, and enjoy fireworks every Tuesday night at the Shelter Cove Harbor.
This spacious villa has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. A wonderfully furnished and expansive living/dining room area provides plenty of space for family and friends. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and features a king-size bed, TV, ceiling fan, private bath and a beautiful lagoon view. The second bedroom (upstairs) has a king-sized bed and TV and shares a walk through bathroom with the 3rd bedroom which has 2 full beds. High Speed Wireless Internet is also included.
There is a large deck off the living room, complete with outside furniture and new gas grill. The view is absolutely beautiful as it overlooks the 11 mile lagoon that runs through Palmetto Dunes. It's very private and peaceful.

I really enjoyed the condo. It was open and the view was stunning. We spent much of our time on the porch grilling and reading. We truly thought it was great and would look for this condo for our next vacation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We just returned from a week in this beautiful home in a most perfect location. The house is very well equipped, very spacious and clean. We were there with our son, daughter-in-law their 3 year old son and our daughter's 4 year son and we had a ball. The view from the deck is incredible. The boys fished with "Papa" and caught fish and crabs. We loved watching the fish jump, the butterflies and all the birds. We even had a hummingbird feeding right beside the deck. We swam in the pool, which was just a couple of steps from the villa and played in the surf for hours on end, grilled on the gas grill. The weather couldn't have been better. We will be back for sure. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This unit is spacious, beautifully decorated, kitchen is well stocked with everything for cooking and entertaining.The deck is large with a new Weber gas grill and the view of the lagoon is gorgeous, We were 2 couples each with an adult child. Each couple had there own king size bed and the boys shared a room with 2 full size beds. The mattresses were new and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We spent one week in this spacious villa in Palmetto Dunes. Although it was a short walk or bike ride to the beach, the quiet setting on a beautiful, peaceful lagoon was perfect for our family. We spent many happy hours watching for alligators and enjoying the variety of birds and jumping fish on the back porch. The condo and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and more, for gourmet cooking, which we enjoy doing. The close proximity to a well maintained pool was perfect for my elderly mother to enjoy along with us. The fact that there was a first floor master (very nice, too) made this villa perfect for our group, since my mother cannot get up the stairs. We rented bikes and loved riding around the plantation. The general store is awesome, and a short walk or ride away. The shuttle services, both the free dunes buggy and the airport shuttle ($45 each way from Savannah airport) both worked beautifully for our group as well. Loved this area! Thank you!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay in this villa!! The location is terrific, so close to everything. The children had a great time fishing in the lagoon behind the villa. And, we enjoyed using the very nice gas grill on the patio. The villa is spacious and nicely furnished. We had 7 people in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Hilton Head.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.
