We live in Atlanta GA and have been coming up to Highlands since 1999. It didn't take long for us to fall in love with this magical mountain community and we are sure you will too. We have two charming rental properties in Highlands; Stone’s Throw Log Cabin and Lakeview Cottage. Both places are decorated to reflect the spirit of the mountains and are extremely well-maintained and impeccably clean. Come stay with us and enjoy the beauty of Highlands. The layout was perfect with each of the two bedrooms & bathrooms on opposite sides of the family room. The kids loved the games, books and videos provided. We hiked near the cabin, canoed on Lake Sequoyah and fed the ducks on Mirror Lake. Life doesn’t get much better than this.

We love Highlands and have been coming up for 10 years to celebrate our birthdays. We have stayed in quite a few places but this cabin is definitely our favorite. So peaceful, warm & cozy.
