Enjoy an incredibly relaxing and fun-filled vacation in our adorable Tahoe chalet. This two-story cabin makes you feel like you are away from it all with the El Dorado National Forest across the street and world-famous mountain bike trails (Mr. Toad's Wild Ride) a few steps away. South Lake Tahoe's famous ski slopes (Heavenly and Sierra at Tahoe), and pristine beaches are all within a 15 minute drive; Kirkwood is approximately 35 minutes away.
Our cabin is located in sunny Tahoe Paradise in a very picturesque surrounding. We routinely take long walks and bike rides from our front door. Inside we want you to feel like your home-away-from-home. We have a beautiful, wood-burning stove in the living room and plenty of books, movies, and games for you to enjoy a relaxing day both inside as well as outside. A large, front porch with oversized pine chairs, or a back patio with lounge chairs and a picnic table are available for relaxing, as well as a hammock for that afternoon snooze.
Downstairs are two queen size bedrooms, a den, a large bathroom with shower and a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen supplies all the utensils, dishware, appliances and paper products that you will need for your stay.
Upstairs a large loft can accommodate many restless children as well as anyone that would like to get away from the crowd. There is also a front deck attached to the loft where there is no better place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee and the paper! The loft has a hide-a-bed queen-size sofa and a large futon bed along with a TV and DVD and a miniature game table. There is also a air mattress in the closet when an extra bed is needed. Also upstairs is a large bedroom with a king-size bed offering plenty of peace and tranquility.
