LOCATION - This recently refurnished and redecorated, lake-side villa is located in the beautiful residential community of Sabal Harbour in Bradenton, only a short drive to the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island, Coquina, Longboat and Siesta Keys. The villa is appointed to a high standard and has a relaxed, peaceful, and tropical feel. Our guests can also enjoy a newly constructed, 28-foot by 14-foot, Grecian-style pool and spa. A gas BBQ is provided at the villa for guests to use at no extra cost. Just relax and enjoy.
In addition, our guests have free use of community facilities including a large heated pool, two floodlit tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts as well as a children's play area, all situated within a minute's walk of the villa. There are also many championship golf courses in the area including the Peridia Golf & Country Club situated just across the road from the villa. The area is also perfect for fishing with boats to hire at Anna Maria island.
FACILITIES - This very spacious, three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa offers accommodation for up to eight people. Fully air conditioned, ceiling fans to all rooms, linen and towels including beach provided, telephone with free local calls, WiFi internet access and a double garage.It provides a clean environment with plenty of space, great for families and couples alike. There is also a cot and high chair provided at no extra cost. A recent addition is a full size pool table installed in 1 of the 2 sitting rooms, enabling the game to be played in comfort without disturbing the rest of the villa.
BEDROOMS - The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV/DVD, a walk-in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom two has a queen-size bed. Bedroom three has twin beds. Both have large closets.
BATHROOMS - The en suite to master bedroom has a large shower cubicle, an oval bath and twin sinks. The family bathroom has a bath with shower attachment.
KITCHEN/UTILITY - Fully-equipped kitchen and separate utility room with oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, washer, and dryer. There is also a breakfast table and bar area.
LIVING AREAS - The spacious great room boasts an extra-large sectional leather settee, a large TV with cable service and DVD player (together with several children and family DVDs). There is a CD/Radio player with an MP3 docking station. Patio doors lead to the covered lanai and private pool overlooking a picturesque lake teaming with Florida wildlife.
There is also a delightful second sitting room with twin settees (one of which is a sofabed) and full size pool table.
SWIMMING POOL - Large (28 foot by 14 foot), fully screened, 'Grecian' style, heated pool with spa. A table, chairs and sun loungers equip the pool area together with a large gas BBQ at no extra charge. Just relax and enjoy.

Why the Owner Chose Sabal Harbour
We purchased our dream home in May 2005. We had stayed in Sabal Harbour before and really liked the location, with everything within an easy driving distance. There is so much to do in the area with beautiful beaches, great places to eat, fantastic shopping and an amazing variety of championship golf courses within easy reach.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Sabal Villa is very spacious with plenty of room for all. There is nothing nicer than sitting round the pool or in the spa in the evening watching the water birds and other wildlife around the lake. The pool light makes for great evening swimming whilst waiting for the food on the barbecue to cook. We also make good use of the Community facilities, especially the lovely flood-lit tennis courts.
Peridia Golf & Country Club is open to non-members and has a par 60, 18 hole, 3344 yard course set in 60 acres. It also has a gourmet restaurant.

We live in Berkshire in the UK and visit Sabal Villa at least twice a year with our children and other members of the family. We always have a wonderful time and love the pace of life out here. We purchased Sabal Villa primarily as a retirement home for our future.

We have enjoyed this villa for the past 4 years and are planning going back again next year. Very clean and well equipped, it is close to many shopping, restaurants, theaters and beaches in the Bradenton/Sarasota area, including Siesta Beach voted #1 of the Top 10 Beach List in the US in 2011. The pool table, pool and spa, tennis courts and volleyball net onsite and golf courses close by make it easy to entertain all the familiy. Finally, the owner and management company are always quick to response and very helpful.

Stayed over Xmas and had a great time -weather was super and we spent a lot of time outside by the pool/hot tub. This was our 1st time with vrbo and I was very pleased -house was very clean, had everything we needed and was close to shopping, restaurants, golf and major highway for trips to Tampa and theme parks in Orlando both of which we did. About 20 -30 minute drive to beach -not so much the distance as the traffic which as anyone has been to florida could tell you is normal! House is pet friendly which was great for us -dogs had a great vacation as well! Would highly recommend and we will return.

Our family is quite pleased with the arrangements made for this Holiday Week stay in Bradenton. The accommodations were quite good. The spaciousness and comfort were outstanding. The setting is most lovely and inviting. Great location to all the area, but quiet and serene, especially viewing the wildlife around the nearby pond and park. We will plan to book again for future trips to the area. The owners and the service agency were most gracious.

This was our first time stopping in this villa, but we was pleased to see how inviting it was from the start, we immediately felt at home. The villa supplies all that is needed and is to an high standard, we found the pool area very relaxing and enjoyed watching the wild life, and feeling the sun all day. this was our grandsons first holiday in Florida and it was a pleasure to watch him enjoying his time in the pool. We look forward to returning to this villa and would willingly highly recommend this villa.

We stayed at this wonderful villa while visiting mother in the Bradenton area. It was spotless and well-maintained. The sunny pool was lovely with a nice view of the lagoon and lots of wildlife. The bird books in the villa were perfect for identifying our feathered visitors. We enjoyed the pool table too. The kitchen was well equipped and beds comfortable. Great location for shopping and restaurants and a quick ride to the beaches. What more could one ask for a Florida vacation!! We definitely plan to visit Sabal Villa again.

We found Sabal Harbour to be a really homely community with a lovely tranquil atmosphere. A great place to relax. The villa was clean and had the small touches that so many others lack. The pool table was great fun, and the BBQ was used regularly during warm evenings by the pool. A great location with close proximity to a range of supermarkets and restaurants and only a short journey to the nearby beaches. Coquina beach on Anna Maria Island was a great favourite of ours although there are many others to be explored. We would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to chill-out and liked it so much we’ve already booked up for next year.

This was a comfortable, spacious, well maintained house equipped with everything you would need and well located for a great holiday base. The owner was good to deal with and very helpful. We have enjoyed staying at this home for the past few years. It is very clean and has all the amenities one would need on vacation. I love the beautiful pool and hot tub and my husband loves the pool table. They also allow pets which was a big plus for us. The area is close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Wife, daughter, Yorkie and I enjoyed our time at this home. It's clean, spacious and between two baseball spring training facilities. The owner and management company were easy to work with and very responsive. We recommend this vacation home.
