This is one of very few 3 bed/Full 3 bath, CORNER units on rental market. This wonderful, new, luxurious, east corner unit condo is located on the 7th floor in Tower II and is sure to please any guest. There is an over sized balcony and our unit is for those of you who want to enjoy the "upscale" PCB. (NOTE: We appreciate all who inquire, but please review our rates first. Our rates are very fair for our unit and they are FIRM!- Thank you!)
The views are panoramic and Majestic amenities are some of the very best on the Panhandle. If you're not soaking in stunning gulf views on the large balcony , you and the kids could be swimming in one of the three on-site swimming pools, (one indoor), or enjoying the on-site game room or theater.
There are baby pools, several hot tubs and even waterfall pool. You could also just enjoy hanging out inside this elegantly decorated unit. The furnishings are luxurious, updated and tasteful and all the unit amenities provide for every need or want. A large Flat Screen T.V. is in the living room and T.V.'s are in every bedroom.

Terry and and I LOVE the Florida Panhandle. The beaches are world class and easily accessible from many places. There is a lot for the kids to do and everyone is friendly. "The Beach" (what everyone calls this area) - is magical. Majestic Beach Resort is especially fun for everyone! With so many amenities and easy access to over 300 feet of beach frontage - there is always something to do and fun to be had!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Majestic Beach offers several swimming pools, kiddie pools, hot tubs, tennis courts and on site places to purchase sundries and food. The pool side grill serves great food and always has a pleasant breeze blowing. Plus, our unit is the largest available floor plan, corner unit with a wonderful - large balcony. The gulf is right in front of you - so you'll spend most of your time right here! Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us - so expect our place to be pristine for your visit. And we have furnished our unit with decorator/magazine quality interiors so if you are "staying in" you'll feel like you're on a luxury vacation!

My family of 7 stayed at this condo June25-July 2, 2011. This condo is by far the best we have stayed at ON the beach. The pictures just don't do it justice....the condo is very spacious and the layout allowed everyone to have plenty of room and privacy. The kitchen was well stocked & had everything we needed to prepare our meals The view from the balcony was absolutely breath taking. When our 2 and a half year old wasn't playing in the sand or jumping waves, she was having a blast in one of the 5 pools. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact making sure we had everything we needed and all of our questions were answered. The teenagers liked Pier Park and Gulf World. Pineapple Willy's,Sharky's and Another Broken Egg were our favorite places to eat. I have already recommended this property to several friends and we will definitely be back ourselves!

We enjoyed our 3 day visit so much. The unit is spotless, odorless, and a perfect view of the ocean. We had toddlers and an 8 year old. The three bedrooms/bathrooms were especially convenient. I would whole heartedly recommend this to anyone. We also had fabulous weather and the water was as clear as a bell-beautiful. The owners are very prompt in response to email or phone questions. I appreciated their hospitality. The pictures are accurate representations of the property. We will certainly consider this property again.

My family from Nashville booked this wonderful 3 bed condo at the Majestic. First off, Amy is first class and was so easy to work. The condo is on the corner which is great. I was also impressed with there being a balcony on the roadside and beach side, which I think is a unique feature. The master bedroom is so nice and spacious and the bathroom is huge!!! The condo itself is so wide open which is another quality I liked about this unit. The kitchen has eveything you could ever need to make up any meal. The living room is right off the balcony so you are never without the best view of that wonderful ocean! The balcony that looks onto the beach is a great size and has plenty of seating for all. This was my daughter's (9mos) first trip to the beach!! We had an excellent condo and I hope you will check it out. It is by far the most upscale condo we have stayed in on Panama City Beach and we have been coming for a long time!!! Thank you, Amy for sharing your home with us!!

Just wanted to let you know that we had a great time in your condo.My family has been taking a beach vacation for the past 25+ years. We have gone from Gulf Shores,Al to Ft. Myers, Fl. and enjoyed them all. Your condo, however, is the best we have ever had the pleasure staying in. It is one of the best floor plans I have ever seen and iit is in the perfect location. The view of the beach is great and there was always a good breeze blowing so we spent a lot of time on the balcony which was large enough for the five of us with lots room to spare. This condo is absolutely fabulous! It was all that we were expecting from the description - and so very much more!! The layout was perfect for our family (we had 7). The condo was clean and neat and in great condition. The bedrooms are far enough apart to give everyone privacy and the sleeper couch was perfect for our daughter. The kitchen is well-stocked with everyday necessities (pots, utensils, etc) and there is a large pantry for storage. The decor of the unit is beautiful. The pictures posted on this site can't even begin to describe just how awesome this unit truly is in person. The view is just amazing - we so enjoyed the extra large balcony - plenty of room for all of us! The Majestic is located right on the beach & you are just steps from sand & ocean when you walk outside. There are numerous pools, including indoor, so you can take a "sun break" and still enjoy the day. Our experience with booking the unit was great. Amy was extremely helpful and timely in all responses. Also, Amy kept us posted on any news of what was actually going on in PCB regarding the oil spill, and had a contingency plan if there happened to be a problem. We very much appreciated that. NOTE - there was NO oil in PCB! We did not see any type of oil on the beach or in the water and spent plenty of time playing in the ocean and on the beach. The only negative we experienced was regarding unloading and loading - being a condo in such a large place, we expected some delay and confusion ... however, when we arrived, it just happened that the entrance to our building was closed for painting, so we had to unload at Tower I and then carry everything over to Tower II. It was about 3:30 PM, so everyone was doing the same and we couldn't find a luggage cart. At our departure, we decided to start loading at 5 AM, and couldn't find a luggage cart anywhere at either building. Just go in prepared and with patience ... the stay at the condo is well worth it! :) We absolutely loved this condo and the building and the pools and the beach! :) We had an incredible vacation with our family ... everyone said this was the best one ever. I so hope we come back to PCB very soon for another family vacation ...and that we work with Amy to rent this unit again!! The Stankosky Family

My family and I vacationed in this condo at Majestic and it was one of our best vacations EVER! First and foremost was the incredible view of the Gulf and the beach from the balcony. I love being right on the beach and it doesn't get any better than this. My daughter especially loved being so close and literally coming down in the elevator and right out the door. No walking hundreds of yards. This in addition to all of the pools to choose from! The condo itself is magnificent! The decor is gorgeous; it is roomy with so many bedrooms and bathrooms, and incredibly comfortable. Even if other people are staying in the condo next to you , you can't hear a thing. Everything was perfect! We can't wait to go back this summer!
