Master Suite has king-sized bed, desk w/high-speed internet access, cable TV and private bath w/tub and shower. Second bedroom has twin beds and an adjacent full bathroom. Living Room includes pull-out sofa to provide more sleeping options. At 1100 sq ft, this is one of the largest two BR units w/plenty of closet space.
Kitchen outfitted the way we want it...lots of spices, crockpot, blender and extras. Open common area w/six-person dining room table, modern kitchen, second TV/VCR/DVD, CD player, LR and fireplace. Opens onto sunny balcony w/views of Vail Pass to west and ski runs to south. In summer you hear stream below throughout unit. Condo furnished in Mission Style and stocked with activity info notebook, puzzles, games, books and movies. Vail, Breckenridge, Lake Dillon, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Loveland are within 30 minutes by car and are accessible by free shuttles or bike paths in the summer. Free resort shuttle, accessing Ski School and Stables as well as East Copper Village, and free Summit County Shuttles stop at front door. Outlet shops at Silverthorne, Dillon Cinemas & Marina are w/in 10 miles.

Payment Policies: A non-refundable Reservation Deposit of 25% is required at booking to confirm reservations. Balance payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Reservation deposit is 100% non-refundable upon cancellation. Balance payment is non-refundable upon cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival. Any portion of balance payment recovered from rebooking the unit is refundable. |
