"Gold-rated" spacious condo in Center Village is less than five-minute walk from two central chairlifts accessing 2400 acres of runs for all levels of skiers and boarders. Known as the "Locals' Favorite, w/300 inches of snowfall and limited onsite lodging, Copper Mountain is a much sought-after destination and features one of the best ski schools in the country.
Fourth floor mountain facing corner unit, #415 provides excellent views, overlooking Ten Mile Creek above the resort's premier restaurant. Underground parking and elevator access, as well as staircase adjacent to unit and ATM in building.
Master Suite has king-sized bed, desk w/high-speed internet access, cable TV and private bath w/tub and shower. Second bedroom has twin beds and an adjacent full bathroom. Living Room includes pull-out sofa to provide more sleeping options. At 1100 sq ft, this is one of the largest two BR units w/plenty of closet space.
Kitchen outfitted the way we want it...lots of spices, crockpot, blender and extras. Open common area w/six-person dining room table, modern kitchen, second TV, LR and fireplace. Opens onto sunny balcony w/views of Vail Pass to west and ski runs to south. In summer you hear stream below throughout unit. Condo furnished in Mission Style and stocked with activity info notebook, puzzles, games, books and movies. Downstairs fitness center equipped w/treadmill, elliptical trainer, cycle, universal wt machine and TV, adjacent to hot tubs.
Enjoy ice-skating on the pond in center village or sit by the fire pit and soak in the mountain air. After success w/Whistler and Mount Tremblant, Intrawest redesigned Copper Mountain's Center Village so you can shop, eat, and be entertained without having to drive anywhere! Ask about free evening child care program available when you shop or dine at participating Copper Mtn businesses.
Perfect weather in Colorado sunshine is a treat for hiking, biking, horse-back riding too. (Global Warming hasn't hurt Copper yet.) Aspen are golden in September and October. You won't believe your golfing skills at altitude! Copper Mtn provides a central base camp to explore Summit County and beyond. Vail, Breckenridge, Lake Dillon, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Loveland are within 30 minutes by car and are accessible by free shuttles or bike paths in the summer. Free resort shuttle, accessing Ski School and Stables as well as East Copper Village, and free Summit County Shuttles stop at front door. Outlet shops at Silverthorne, Dillon Cinemas & Marina are w/in 10 miles.

Below are comments from past 6 months of rentals at Passage Point Number 415: 04/14/06 The condo was great. I do think you should modify your marketing to let people know that there is a STARBUCKS JUST OUTSIDE THE STAIRWELL!!! J I did get some strange looks staggering down from the 4th floor in my pajamas to get my morning fix. (just teasing) We will keep your properties in mind for future. Hope to come out summer ’07. If possible, I’d like to spend one week with the family followed by a week participating in “Ride the Rockies”. We’ll see how the timing goes. Dear Alex and Merle, We loved 7 Woods. Should I ever decide to purchase a vacation condo, I will call you to decorate it for me! Thanks for the tip on the 4-pass. We bought 5 on e-bay at $120.00 each and saved about $800.00 from the window price of tickets. I would never rent any other place in Copper due to the fine appointments and maintenance of 7 Woods. Good luck with your rental business. I had a great experience with you. Please give me a call if you are ever in the Chicago area and wish to either golf or bike.
