Relax and enjoy all of Southern California, then come home to a front row seat of a beautiful sunset and sleep to the sound of the ocean waves. Drink your morning coffee and watch surfers do their tricks from your front row balcony. Look closely and you might spot dolphin or a sea lion playing in the waves.
North Coast Village is a gated, ocean front resort located between the Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier. Enjoy spending a day in the sun on one of the finest beaches in Southern California or swim in one of two heated pools or the outdoor spa. You can spend time walking through the lush, tropical gardens of the resort enjoying the streams, waterfalls, flowers and feeding the fish in our unique koi ponds.
The North Coast Village is a perfect vacation for couples or families with 24 hour on site security and numerous activities for kids of all ages. The complex features ping pong tables, pool tables, a putting green, community barbeque with large picnic tables for family gatherings and a fitness center with a sauna.
At the nearby Oceanside Harbor (within easy walking distance) you can dine at fine restaurants, enjoy live music, rent Sea-Doos or kayaks or enjoy a 1/2 day fishing excursion. Walk to the end of the pier to enjoy a spectacular view and dine at Rubys restaurant -a fun 50s style dinner.
Other local attractions include San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Sea World, Legoland, Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Oceanside Harbor, and Mexico.

Thank you Kerri for sharing your home with us. We absolutely enjoyed the view. This condo has the BEST view of the water. When we were sitting in the balcony, we felt like we were almost touching the water without needing to leave the comfort of our home. The home was clean and orderly, it was stocked with DVDs, books and family games. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of cups and plates, it could have used a few more pots, pans and Tupperware. We will be coming back to your beautiful condo. Thanks again

This was our first time using HomeAway, and it went smoothly and was a great experience. As for the condo and the vacation itself, it was fantastic. The balcony and master bedroom look out onto the beach. You're only feet away from the beach. The owners supplied boogie boards, beach chairs, basci items for in the condo. You are within walking distance of a number of restaurants and the downtown Oceanside area. There is a running/bike path right there. The property itself had a big pool, a hot tub, ping pong table, and more. On Thursdays in Oceanside, you have a Farmer's Market in the morning and a Sunset Market at night--great fun and food for everyone. We had 2 adults, 2 17-year old boys, and 1 10-year old boy and we did not feel crowded in the condo. I would recommend this condo to anyone (other than during the time when we want to go back!)

It was a great place to stay - right on the beach. We watched the surfers - and on rainy days enjoyed the fireplace. Will go back again.

This condo had everything we needed for a fabulous family vacation. Hubby and I enjoyed watching the surf on the deck every night while the kids watched some of movies on the big screen tv (large number of DVDs were available in the condo). We also found everything we needed to enjoy the beach inside this condo, from surf (boogie) boards, sand toys and a cooler. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

My husband and I were looking for an affordable getaway to celebrate our 30th anniversary. This condo was absolutely perfect! We loved the view from the balcony and the resort grounds are fabulous - even better than the pictures. The condo is very well stocked (I appreciated the spices and condiments) and it was nicely decorated and comfortable. There was plenty of room for our daughter and two grandchildren to visit for a couple of nights. We walked to the harbor to eat a few times - loved Dominics for Italian food and Joe's Crab Shack was fun but the food was just so/so. The 50's diner at the end of the pier was a nice walk for malted milk shakes after dinner in the condo. All in all the getaway was better than I could have expected. Thanks for a terrific vacation!

What a wonderful Christmas vacation we had in your condo! The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and my husband and I enjoyed the awesome view from the balcony. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking and the DVDs for the kids were great at night. We went to Sea World for one day and the Zoo for another, but most of the time we spent hanging around the complex. The worst part was having to pack up and leave - one week was not enough. We hope we can come back for another visit - Thank You, Thank You!

Our family has stayed at North Coast Village in Oceanside several times. We finally had a chance to stay in a front condo (right on the water)and we will never stay anywhere else. The view is unbelievable and this condo is especially nice. It is located close to the pool and it has easy access to the beach. Plus, the owners recently upgraded it so it was really nice and everything worked perfectly. My kids are already talking about coming back for Spring break.

We were visiting from London in September and stayed in this lovely condo for two weeks. I was a little worried booking off the Internet, but everything went very smoothly. The weather was warm and the condo was perfect. The view is incredible with surfers and dophin right off the balcony and the condo had everything we could possibly need. We will definitely return for another visit. Thank you for sharing your beautiful apartment with us.

Best vacation ever! We are a family of five and we stayed at this condo in the summers of 2007 and 2008. The view from the balcony is awesome - we watched surfers and dophin from the living room. The condo is cute and cozy and very clean. It had everything we could possibly need, including boogie boards for the kids. The complex has so many things for the kids to keep busy we hardly saw them. This condo has the most spectacular view. We spend hours on the balcony watching dolphins, sea lions and boats go by. A few years ago, much of San Diego county was on fire south of Oceanside, and while we were never in real danger, The owners kept checking in with us to ensure our safety and offered logistical support. They have done some recent upgrade to make the inside more charming than it already was. There are several condo's in this resort, but this one is so well kept and located that we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. Six summers strong for this family!!!
