Playa Royale Residence building! BeachFRONT! Ground floor corner unit, 3100 sq. feet, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom,2 King size beds, 2 Queen size beds. Incredible views! 5 sliding glass doors opening onto huge wrap-around deck.
Playa Royale is a very quiet and peaceful at the condo with a white sandy beach that goes on for miles. Boogie board in the ocean. Look for sea shells and sea turtles who come to lay their eggs. Swim in the pool. Relax in the hot tub. Barbeque around the pool with your family and friends.
We have a lot of great restaurants in the area,from the resort hotels along the beach, to the little town of Bucerias a few miles away. Plus Playa Royale has an excellent restaurant at the El Tigre 18 hole championship golf course and at the sports club. We also have another pool next door with restaurant and pool and beach service.
At the sports center, you can play tennis, basketball, volleyball, racquet ball, and ping pong. The center has a large lap pool with poolside service. It has state of the art exercise equipment. We also have a kids pool with water park, and indoor air-conditioned play area for kids 10 years old and under. The large beautiful locker rooms have towel service, steam room, sauna, hot tub, and showers.
There is also recreation on the beach at Playa Royale/ Paradise Village available to you. Go banana boating, parasailing, or swim with the dolphins. There is a water taxi that you can take to downtown Puerto Vallarta. This is an incredible, beautiful, and luxurious place. Very warm and welcoming. You won't want to leave!

We had a fantastic time. The weather was outstanding. Clear blue skies and + 30 each day. My Mom and Dad had never been to Mexico and were very impressed with everything. We all went out fishing one day and saw more than 40 Humpback Whales. The fishing was so-so, but the wildlife spotting more than made up for it. The unit was perfect. Great location (really close to the pool and beach) with the huge deck looking out to the ocean. The sound of nearby surf was wonderful to sleep or read a book to. The staff are just excellent. We would strongly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a huge and quiet beach, superb facilities and most relaxing experience. We will be back!

Went in April 2011. I'm used to travel a lot.. and I wanted to experience something different than an All inclusive resort... I found this condo in Nuevo Vallarta, the Playa Royale!!! Wow.... what a great place to go for a romantic and relaxing week in all the comfort and luxury of an ocean front residence. The property was clean and inviting, and the personnel were all very welcoming :) It was a very safe place, with many great restaurants around. I'm planning of going back in October...
