  We have been to Florida many times before and this is the best villa we have stayed in. The location is great, only 10 minutes to Disney, and the 192 is only a few minutes away for restaurants and shops. The villa was very well equipped and maintained to a high standard. Elizabeth answered any queries we asked and we would definately use the villa again. We had a great holiday here and look forward to returning in the future.

  His beautiful home was more than I could have asked for. The home is extremely clean, very well maintained (the management company came in to fix some things that the previous people noted), and very cutely decorated. It was just a short drive to Disney World, shopping, golfing, and restaurants. They provide nearly everything you need for your stay - towels, dishes, high chair, pool toys, ect. It was very nice to have a washer and dryer so we didn't need to pack as many bags. Gordon and Elizabeth were pleasant to communicate with and accommodated a mix up with dates that we found out about in the last minute (my error). I will be recommending this home to anyone who is planning a trip to Disney World!

  Proximity to Disney, etc., makes this an excellent location for family groups, but its proximity to golf with more than a dozen good to excellent courses within 5 to 20 minutes drive also makes it a great vacation site for golfers. We had a group of 6 vgolfers staying at this villa for a week and, in terms of accommodations, coudn't have asked for more. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, and a very nice bonus that the view from the very private pool and lanai was to a nice pond and conservation area, rather than the rear sides of other villas. Everyone in our group enjoyed this property, and we highly recommend it.

  First and foremost we would like to thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, we really enjoyed our stay. The home met our expectations as listed and was very clean upon our arrival. The location was very close to restaurants, entertainment and groceries. We would highly recommend this home to any of our friends and family. We really enjoyed to pool area and the changing of the colors in the pool at night.

  Not to sound just like the other reviewers, but this beautiful home is just as pictured and described, only better when you see it in person. I have mobility issues, and was very happy to have the king bedroom on the first floor so accessible. The entire home was immaculate, well appointed, beautifully decorated, roomy, and so very close to Disney, restaurants, etc! (Giordano's delivers - YUM!) All correspondence received from the owners was very friendly and helpful. This will be our new "home away from home" when we visit the Orlando area again.

  We loved our stay at this beautiful house. Really close to Disney but a nice relaxing place to return to after a busy day at the parks. There were twelve of us and it never felt crowded. The bedrooms are spacious, the family room is comfortable, and the game room kept the kids busy for hours. It was also really nice to have a pool we didn't have to share with a million other families. We would absolutely rent this house again!

  We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this property. The villa was beyond our expectations, wonderful location, well maintained and a delight to return to each evening after a busy day at the theme parks. The heated pool was a huge hit with the family and the views over the lake from the pool deck were relaxing and peaceful. The villa is close to all Disney attractions and less than 5 mins to supermarkets and restaurants. We will certainly recommend this well cared for home to any family looking for exceptional accomodation in the Orlando area.

  Our holiday was made very special by staying at this wonderful villa. Our children loved the pool and games room and we enjoyed the lovely view from the pool deck. The villa was very clean and well maintained and the kitchen was very well equipped. We were delighted to find we were very close to a great variety of shops and good quality restaurants and being so close to Disney was just the icing on the cake! I would recommend this property to anyone it was way above our expectations. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to rent their beautiful home.

  We had a superb holiday at this beautiful villa. The location was stunning with wonderful views from the pool and deck and great to be so close to Disney, shops and restaurants. The villa was very clean and well maintained with all the home comforts you could wish for. We can't wait to visit again hopefully sooner rather than later!

  Hello Elizabeth and Gordon,  I just wanted to tell what a fabulous time we had in your home. First, it was immaculate! When we walked in, everyone just said WOW! The grandkids ran from bedroom to bedroom to choose their favorite "Disney Character" room, as did some of the adults. We chose the master on the first floor! What a luxurious suite. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Having a washer and two dryers was a godsend. We used both strollers the high chair and the crib. The location to Disney world was perfect. Close to grocery stores, Target etc. And finally...the pool. Ahhhhh. So perfect after a day in Disney, Sea World or the beach. It was so wonderful watching our children and grandchildren play together. The pool (lanai) was absolutely, without a doubt, the best part of our vacation! Thank you for owning and maintaining such a welcoming, stunning, and inviting home. We will be back, soon.  Deb & Mike Gisch Minnesota
