Now is a perfect time to enjoy a vacation before the start of our peak season. We have great rates for April and May that work perfectly for two couples who want to enjoy the beach during a more quiet period of time.
Edgewater is the perfect vacation spot and includes amenities such as a spa, restaurant on site, a 12,000 Laguna pool, tennis courts, fitness center and a 9 hold Executive Golf course.
Why go anywhere else when everything is at your disposal? Take a walk on the beach or get some "tan time" and enjoy a nice massage at the spa. We have a wonderful restaurant on site and you can head over to the gym afterwards and meet up with your friends or make new friends. In the evenings venture over to Pier Park for some great new restaurants such as The Back Porch and Margueritaville and take in a movie while your girls enjoy some much needed shopping. Afterwards come back home and enjoy some quiet time at the condo.
Our unit was updated in 2008 with Fresh Paint and our Interior Decorator Pat Martin of 3 C's Interiors helped us create the new "Tommy Bahama" look. We have three Color TVs (Living Room, King and Queen)with CABLE/DSL and DVD players. Our Twin Bedroom has a new Color TV with DVD player only. Our Villa offers a Master Bedroom with a King-Size Bed and private bath, Second Bedroom includes a Queen-size Bed with private bath, and the Third Bedroom has two twin beds and entry into the hallway bath. We also have a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room. Our Villa sleeps eight comfortably and two couples can easily find our unit very roomy and affordable.
We're sold out for Jan/Feb/Mar so be such to book your reservation soon! We've had a GREAT renter season in 2008 and plan to do even better in 2009. We love repeat business! We are booking up FAST for our summer months!!!
Whether you want to read a book and relax by Edgewater's famous, 11,000 square foot, Polynesian Pool along with several whirlpools and reflecting ponds or simply take a nice walk on the beach you have the best of both worlds at our resort. We are a four minute walk to the Beach or you can take the Tram if you prefer not to walk.
Edgewater offers an Executive Nine-Hole Par Three Golf Course and is within five minutes of "The Hombre" which is one of the premier championship golf courses and host to the PGA Tour Qualifying Schools. A tennis complex with twelve Plexi-cushion tennis courts, six lighted for night play, await those more interested in swinging a racquet than a club.
As you enter Edgewater Spa and Fitness Center, you will find our fitness equipment and top-notch instructors ready to keep you on track with your daily workouts. If relaxation is what you are looking for, the spa offers several types of massage and body treatments.
Gulf Coasts restaurants offer a broad array of cuisine choices. Our Resort is within walking distance of many affordable restaurants and we even have La Palapa Restaurant and a Pizza Hut onsite so you never have to leave the resort!

April/May also have an an additional discount. Deposit required of $200 which is
refunded assuming no damage to our unit.

Wonderful accomodations. Easy beach and pool access. The unit had no problem accomodating our family of eight. I would recommend this unit to family and friends.
