Why the Owner Chose Turtle Bay
This condo is located in one of the quietest areas of the complex. It is near the end
of its cluster and away from the majority of the buildings. Another great feature is
the natural breeze that blows through the unit virtually all the time. Because it is
situated to draw the tradewinds from east to west it is blessed with natural air conditioning!
