Just wanted to say thank you for sharing your mountain retreat with our family. We've been coming to the mountains for 20 years now and I have to say...your home was the nicest! Never stayed in LLV before and just loved it. Best community we ever stayed in. Thanks so much for being such a great sport and helping us out with our little problem. I dont think any another owner would of done what you guys did for us. We promise to be back next year!!

Hi Lucinda, I received my deposit refund today, thank you. "Life is sooo much better in the mountains." Carl and I had such a wonderful time at your home. It was cozy, perfect and we appreciated all the ammenities. When Carl's sister called from Delaware County to see how we were handling the extreme heat, we told her that we were sleeping with a quilt. I read two books, rested, enjoyed your screened in porch, and loved the lakes and the deers. I only wish that my children would have been able to visit, because I know they would have enjoyed it too. Maybe next time. Next summer I would like to reserve the last two weeks in July. Could I send you a deposit to hold those weeks? Thank you again, Barbara

Best Vacation Ever!

Hi Lucinda We had so much fun in the Poconos. Your house is so charming and the kids really liked the bunkbed room. The upstairs loft with entertainment area and games was also a big hit with the little and big ones! We went horseback riding and spent the day at Camelbeach (highly recommend this!). The kids loved the lake and playground, and we were there almost every day. We had some four-legged friends visit us every day - the kids loved feeding the deer and turkeys. They couldnt way to see them. Thanks again for being so kind through the whole process - we will be back next year!

Hello Lucinda and Kevin We had a great time on our family vacation in the moutains. Our family had never been there in the fall before and what a treat we got. The leaves were beautiful and the weather was perfect. We were surprised at all the activities in the area. Our family went horseback riding, visited the outlet, and on our way out, went four-wheel riding through the mountains. We had so much fun. Also want to say thank you for the great accommodations. The house was perfect and really clean. I felt like I was in the mountains staying at your house. It had a rustic feel to it and the fireplace was nice in the evenings to sit around and make smores. Thank you again for making our vacation so easy and fun!

Thanks so much for all your help. We had a wonderful time in the Poconos. The house was wonderful and like I said on the phone, it felt like home. We especially liked the two separate areas for entertaining. The kids were in one area and the adults in another. My mother wants to know where you bought the mattress in the downstairs bedroom because she never slept so sound. We will be in touch for next year - thanks again.

We went to the Poconos with another family and had a great time. It started to snow the second day which was wonderful. The kids went sledding at the sledding hill and the skiing was so much fun! This was our first time in the mountains - we are now coming back to your house each year. It was perfect for our group and you have been very accommodating. We used the activity book at the house each day which helped us find locations of restaurants and things to do - it was great. We especially loved the fireplace in the family room. We had to going each night after skiing - it made the room so cozy. Thanks again Lucinda and we will see you again next year!

Summer Pocono Rental

Hi Lucinda, We had a wonderful time. The weather was nice and the evenings were cool. Thanks again, the house exceeded our expectations and the area was full of things to do for all ages. We have 4 children (1boy and 3 girls) from 16 to 6 so we had to try to make everyone happy. I think we succeeded.................they had a great time. Lucinda, What can I say - we had a wonderful time. It was so peaceful - the area is great - the kids loved it. They didn't want to come home. The home is just so perfect. WE absolutely loved it. We are already talking about next year. The kids loved the deer and got so very excited when they came up. My daughter got some wonderful pictures. It was everything I knew it would be. Wow - what a great place. My family and I had a wonderful time at your pocono retreat. The house was perfect and we were amazed at how clean and organized you have made your home. Other homes we have rented in the past did not come close to the way you keep the house. We felt very comfortable there and for that I thank you. Another nice amenity about your home is the skiing resort is so close. We would ski in the morning, come home and have lunch in front of the fire, then go back in the late afternoon - that was great! Dear Lucinda We loved your home. I can now see why you are so particular about who rents your home. I've rented homes before and you can tell they rent often and are not cared for. But your home has all the amenities of a well kept home. It was very clean and organized. Our family was extremely comfortable. We just returned from our wonderful weekend in the Poconos...It was just perfect! Hi Lucinda, We didn't want to leave. Everything was great! You have a beautiful home in a beautiful area. The kids loved the loft and there's plenty of seating in the living room area. Most of our time in the evening was spent playing dominos at the table and then going to bed late. We went for a walk around the lake Saturday morning and tubing Saturday afternoon at Big Boulder. On Sunday we were excited to see deer in the neighborhood, a treat for us. Altogether we had fun, fun, fun. I'll be mailing the keys today. We had a wonderful time! Jack Barron and family

Ive rented homes in the past in this area and nothing compares to this home. The furniture and bedding are beautiful, clean and comfortable.The owners were very helpful in providing infomation on the home. Conveniently located with shopping, restaurants, and golf courses nearby. The house had everything necessary to make it as comfortable as our own. The location is great, close enough to all the things we wanted to do, and yet private enough to enjoy our time together. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home. We had a wonderful time in the Poconos. The Owners are great to deal with and the home is absolutely spotless. Hello Kevin and Lucinda We had a wonderful time at your charming Pocono house! We have rented many Pocono homes over the years and your home was by far the nicest one we have seen yet. It had all the amenities we were looking for and your home was so clean and comfortable. The screen porch and deck were so nice. We spent everyday relaxing and eating our meals out on the porch. My children were so excited when the deers came right up to the deck to eat a cracker from their hands!It was great! I have to mention the large loft with a foosball table and TV area. My children spent many evening up there for hours playing games and watching their favorite movies while we spent some alone time watching ours. Thank you so much for your kindness throughout the renting process and returning our security deposit so quickly. It was fabulous!!! See you next year.

Your home is a classic rustic pocono chalet very warm and cozy.It was exciting to look out the front window in the morning and see deer foraging on the lawn.The kids loved the game room in the huge loft while the adults relaxed by the fireplace.Please keep a date open for us next year George from Elm,NJ
