Only minutes from famous Daytona Beach, this 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium is in exclusive Ormond-by-the-Sea. This comfortable 2nd floor vacation property has everything you need for a carefree, fabulous beach getaway...located in Seabridge North Condominium complex.
Ormond-by-the-Sea is an area of private homes and condominiums. There are no hotels nearby. The beaches are uncrowded and clean (a no drive beach)- almost as if it were your own private beach! The Master bedroom with ocean views has a queen size bed, private bath and walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, a single bed (with a trundle underneath) and a walk-in closet. The unit is fully stocked with all linens and towels.
The living area has a sleep sofa and a balcony overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven,coffee maker,dishwasher,etc. There is even a washer/dryer in the unit. You need bring nothing but your bathing suit and toothbrush! There are beach chairs, beach towels and a beach umbrella for your convenience. There are even toys for the kids to take to the beach. Both of the bedrooms and living room have cable TV and DVD players. We have a wide range of DVDs at the condo for guests to enjoy as well as a collection of books to read. There is DSL internet service with WiFi at the condo as well.
All local calls are free. The condominium has a pool and ample parking. The unit is a short drive to shopping and many fine restaurants. This is the perfect vacation location for anyone who wants to get away from it all but still be near all Daytona has to offer. This is a family friendly property.
This property is located on the west side of Ocean Shore Blvd. This scenic two lane road runs for miles from Daytona Beach up through Flagler County and beyond. Although the condo is not directly on the beach, the condo has easy beach access at either end of the building with an area to rinse sand. There is no visual obstruction of the ocean from the condo. You can relax on the balcony overlooking Ocean Shore Blvd and watch the world go by as well as dolphins playing in the ocean.
This is my family's personal vacation home. We are not long distance owners so we are nearby if you should need anything. We live in Central Florida and stay at the condo regularly. The condo has been designed for our comfort and with our needs in mind. We are a family with 2 children - one a teenager. We have taken good care of our second home. Everything is either new or in good condition. It has new carpet,furniture and has been freshly painted. We do not own multiple condos as a buisness. This is our only vacation home. Our condo is not worn from constant use. However, we do rent the condo several times a year to nice people who, like us, want a clean and comfortable place to spend a vacation.

Why the Owner Chose Ormond Beach
We have been enjoying the beaches of Volusia County since long before we were married. We chose this property for the beautiful clean beach as well as convenience to the race track in Daytona.

We are a family of four that live and work in Central Florida. My husband is a Florida native born in Deland. I moved to Florida in 1982 when I moved from Northern Virginia to attend the University Of Florida. My husband and I met at the University of Florida and have made the Orlando area our home for the past 23 years.

Everything in the description of the condo was BEYOND perfect!! Mrs. Betty was just a phone call away to answer any and all questions we had. We couldn't have asked for anything more. There are too many great things to mention them all, but I will say that I have never been in a facility so clean nor have I stayed in a place more welcoming. I can't think of anything better and I would recommend this place to anyone who asked. The beach was never crowded, everything you need is close, and the room was the perfect place to relax and get a great nights sleep after a long day on the town.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

We really enjoyed our vacation at Ormond Beach. The condo was just as described and Mrs. Betty was very helpful in extra info about the surrounding attractions. It was a quiet neighborhood and the beach was just a few steps from the condo, it also being quiet and uncrowded. Olive Garden was just a few miles away and it was awesome. There were movies, bowling, water parks, almost anything you might want to do extra if you have the extra money. We enjoyed bowling, playing games in the arcade on the Ocean Walk and eating an ice cream from Cold Stone. Almost everywhere you go charges to park down by the Ocean Walk but we found that the parking meters are a lot cheaper than the parking lots($1.00/hr). It was one of the best vacations we have had and was so relaxing and it helped to feel safe not being in such a party area as it is on other parts of the beach. Thanks Mrs. Betty for allowing us to stay in your condo.

I just came back from a beautifull 2 weeks May 28-April 14/2011 at the Seabridge North Condominiums absolutely clean and beautifull. I will definitely recommend this place to people. The view is breathtaking and the sounds of the ocean was absolutely incredible. THe owner Betty was very helpfull in answering to all my questions and also giving me suggestions ans websites to see. Thank you for allowing our family to stay in your condo. We had such a wonderful time. It was the perfect place for our family of four. We had everything we needed. The condo was very clean and had plenty of beach supplies. The people were very friendly, and the location was fantastic. If you are looking for a clean, private place, this is the place for you. The beaches were never crowded. We felt like we had the beach almost to ourselves. We were able to spread out on the beach and simply sit and watch our children play. We were even able to see a full grown sea turtle on the beach! Thank you again for such a wonderful place to stay. This was the best vacation we have ever experienced and the best place for my family to reconnect during my husband's time at home from deployment. I hope to see you again next year!!!

Betty, "Thank you so much for letting us use your beautiful condo. It was just what we needed - cozy, comfy, quiet and simply delightful! We enjoyed watching the dolphins swim in the ocean during the day and listening to the ocean from the balcony in the evening. We hated to leave but we will keep all your information for the next time we'd like to vacation. Also, thank you for the prompt return of our deposit. We hope to visit Florida again next year."
