Only minutes from famous Daytona Beach, this 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium is in exclusive Ormond-by-the-Sea. This comfortable 2nd floor vacation property has everything you need for a carefree, fabulous beach getaway...located in Seabridge North Condominium complex.
Ormond-by-the-Sea is an area of private homes and condominiums. There are no hotels nearby. The beaches are uncrowded and clean (a no drive beach)- almost as if it were your own private beach! The Master bedroom with ocean views has a queen size bed, private bath and walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, a single bed (with a trundle underneath) and a walk-in closet. The unit is fully stocked with all linens and towels.
The living area has a sleep sofa and a balcony overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven,coffee maker,dishwasher,etc. There is even a washer/dryer in the unit. You need bring nothing but your bathing suit and toothbrush! There are beach chairs, beach towels and a beach umbrella for your convenience. There are even toys for the kids to take to the beach. The master bedroom and living room both have cable TV. There is DSL internet service at the condo as well.
All local calls are free. The condominium has a pool and ample parking. The unit is walking distance from one of the nicest restaurants in the area and a short drive to shopping. This is the perfect vacation location for anyone who wants to get away from it all but still be near all Daytona has to offer. This is a family friendly property.
This property is located on the west side of Ocean Shore Blvd. This scenic two lane road runs for miles from Daytona Beach up through Flagler County and beyond. Although the condo is not directly on the beach, the condo has easy beach access at either end of the building with an area to rinse sand. There is no visual obstruction of the ocean from the condo. You can relax on the balcony overlooking Ocean Shore Blvd and watch the world go by as well as dolphins playing in the ocean.
This is my family's personal vacation home. We are not long distance owners so we are nearby if you should need anything. We live in Central Florida and stay at the condo regularly. The condo has been designed for our comfort and with our needs in mind. We are a family with 2 children - one a teenager. We have taken good care of our second home. Everything is either new or in good condition. It has new carpet,furniture and has been freshly painted. We do not own multiple condos as a buisness. This is our only vacation home. Our condo is not worn from constant use. However, we do rent the condo several times a year to nice people who, like us, want a clean and comfortable place to spend a vacation.

We have been enjoying the beaches of Volusia County since long before we were married. We chose this property for the beautiful clean beach as well as convenience to the race track in Daytona.

We are a family of four that live and work in Central Florida. My husband is a Florida native born in Deland. I moved to Florida in 1982 when I moved from Northern Virginia to attend the University Of Florida. My husband and I met at the University of Florida and have made the Orlando area our home for the past 23 years.

My wife and I stayed with our 16 year old daughter and her 16 year old friend the first week in April 2006. We found the condo to be very comfortable, clean, and in perfect order. The condo was fully stocked with everything we could need for a weeks stay. The only thing we did, is went to the grocery shopping when we got there. There's a Publix about 2-3 miles south on A!A. If you don't want to cook, there are a couple of local places closeby, but also some good "chain-type" resturants about 5-6 miles to the south on A!A. The location was quite different than the typical places we'd stayed in prior years. The area is very peaceful. It is "not" the typical spring break party atmousphere that you might expect in Daytona beach, Clearwater or Panama City. The beach is very clean and reletively isolated from tourism. We found that the many of the area residents were older, but still some young families mixed in. You can enjoy the sound of the waves crashing on the beach at night from the deck. And never hear the hoots and hollers of drunken college kids. Although our teenagers visited Daytona beach, we all enjoyed the peace and quiet of the Ormond beach area. (Actually I think it may be Ormond by the Sea). My wife and I took walks every morning on the beach and hardly saw a soul, (it's especially quiet if you go towards the park to the North). We took a day trip up to St. Augustine where my wife enjoyed a day of shopping at the outlet malls, and we explored the tourism at the historic downtown area. (I think it was about a 45 minute drive). In short,... I'd highly recommend the Emery's condo to anyone who wants a restful vacation spot.
