Everything in the description of the condo was BEYOND perfect!! Mrs. Betty was just a phone call away to answer any and all questions we had. We couldn't have asked for anything more. There are too many great things to mention them all, but I will say that I have never been in a facility so clean nor have I stayed in a place more welcoming. I can't think of anything better and I would recommend this place to anyone who asked. The beach was never crowded, everything you need is close, and the room was the perfect place to relax and get a great nights sleep after a long day on the town.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We really enjoyed our vacation at Ormond Beach. The condo was just as described and Mrs. Betty was very helpful in extra info about the surrounding attractions. It was a quiet neighborhood and the beach was just a few steps from the condo, it also being quiet and uncrowded. Olive Garden was just a few miles away and it was awesome. There were movies, bowling, water parks, almost anything you might want to do extra if you have the extra money. We enjoyed bowling, playing games in the arcade on the Ocean Walk and eating an ice cream from Cold Stone. Almost everywhere you go charges to park down by the Ocean Walk but we found that the parking meters are a lot cheaper than the parking lots($1.00/hr). It was one of the best vacations we have had and was so relaxing and it helped to feel safe not being in such a party area as it is on other parts of the beach. Thanks Mrs. Betty for allowing us to stay in your condo.

I just came back from a beautifull 2 weeks May 28-April 14/2011 at the Seabridge North Condominiums absolutely clean and beautifull. I will definitely recommend this place to people. The view is breathtaking and the sounds of the ocean was absolutely incredible. THe owner Betty was very helpfull in answering to all my questions and also giving me suggestions ans websites to see. The pictures posted is exactly what I got, and I was extremly pleased. Thank you so much Betty your place is immaculate!! We will definitely come back!! Regina & Donato (Canada)

Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful place. It was well equipped with everything we needed, even down to the pool floats. The place was very clean and everyone was friendly. Thank you for allowing our family to stay in your condo. We had such a wonderful time. It was the perfect place for our family of four. We had everything we needed. The condo was very clean and had plenty of beach supplies. The people were very friendly, and the location was fantastic. If you are looking for a clean, private place, this is the place for you. The beaches were never crowded. We felt like we had the beach almost to ourselves. We were able to spread out on the beach and simply sit and watch our children play. We were even able to see a full grown sea turtle on the beach! Thank you again for such a wonderful place to stay. This was the best vacation we have ever experienced and the best place for my family to reconnect during my husband's time at home from deployment. I hope to see you again next year!!!

Betty; We are having a wonderful time at your condo this week! My little 3 year old and my 11 year old loved the stuffed fish in the kids bedroom. Betty, "Thank you so much for letting us use your beautiful condo. It was just what we needed - cozy, comfy, quiet and simply delightful! We enjoyed watching the dolphins swim in the ocean during the day and listening to the ocean from the balcony in the evening. My wife and I stayed with our 16 year old daughter and her 16 year old friend the first week in April 2006. We found the condo to be very comfortable, clean, and in perfect order. The condo was fully stocked with everything we could need for a weeks stay. The only thing we did, is went to the grocery shopping when we got there. There's a Publix about 2-3 miles south on A!A. If you don't want to cook, there are a couple of local places closeby, but also some good "chain-type" resturants about 5-6 miles to the south on A!A. The location was quite different than the typical places we'd stayed in prior years. The area is very peaceful. It is "not" the typical spring break party atmousphere that you might expect in Daytona beach, Clearwater or Panama City. The beach is very clean and reletively isolated from tourism. We found that the many of the area residents were older, but still some young families mixed in. You can enjoy the sound of the waves crashing on the beach at night from the deck. And never hear the hoots and hollers of drunken college kids. Although our teenagers visited Daytona beach, we all enjoyed the peace and quiet of the Ormond beach area. (Actually I think it may be Ormond by the Sea). My wife and I took walks every morning on the beach and hardly saw a soul, (it's especially quiet if you go towards the park to the North). We took a day trip up to St. Augustine where my wife enjoyed a day of shopping at the outlet malls, and we explored the tourism at the historic downtown area. (I think it was about a 45 minute drive). In short,... I'd highly recommend the Emery's condo to anyone who wants a restful vacation spot.

this condo rental was awsome,well maintained,very clean,very beautiful inside.owner went out of her way to help my family of 6 have a great time,sent us all types of info,so we knew where everything was before hand,i was very impressed with her and the condo .i would highly recommend this unit to anyone and everyone.
