Myrtle Beach Villa is located in Richmond Park, Kingston Plantation, a premier oceanfront South Carolina resort highly acclaimed by the travel industry. This 145-acre resort is graced with fresh-water lakes, lovely garden paths and vacation amenities. Our second-floor villa is an end unit with 2 master suites. It is a 7 minute walk to the beach, heated pools and Jacuzzis.
The 1,250 sq. ft. villa features 32” flat-screen cable TVs with DVD capability in both master suites. The living area has vaulted ceilings and a balcony that overlooks an expansive, tree-shaded lawn.
Our condominium is close to the resort's Sport and Health Club with it's indoor pool and Jacuzzi, exercise and weightlifting rooms, and outdoor lighted tennis courts. Kiva Spa offers facial treatments and massages.
A full time golf director is available to book tee times at Kingston's Arcadian Shores, located adjacent to the resort, or at one of the more than 100 courses in the area.
Shopping is convenient. Within a mile, there’s Tanger Outlet Center, Wal-Mart and Kroger's supermarket.

This Villa 18-I, at Kingston Plantation Richmond Park is absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy and confortable, my family and I were extremely satisfied and award it and its owners 5 GOLD Stars. We were so well pleased that we are returning this coming summer. While on vacation we want to be just as comfortable as we would be at home, well, as the web site indicates, this villa is just the place, home away from home. Its location is convenient to everything, stores, restaurants, lots of golf courses, most anything you want is close by. Our favorite restaurant is the Sea Captians House, Breakfasts are outstanding as well as the Dinners. The beautiful Myrtle Beach is only about a five minute walk, and that's why we are there. So if you want to enjoy the beach and stay at a gorgeous Villa, don't go any further that 18-I.

We needed a place to stay for a family wedding on the beach. We hit the jackpot. Sandra and Dan were wonderful to deal with. They gave us fantastic info on the property before we even left Canada. The unit itself was wonderful with all the amenities and more. We were impressed with the unit and don't ever want to stay in a hotel ever again. The beach chairs, umbrellas etc... made our trip to the beach more enjoyable. Thank you Sandra and Dan

We have been renting 18-I now for 4 years and we can't wait to get back to it each and every year. Sandra and Dan are the best, the unit is very clean with all amenities. I use the Health Club for aquatics 3 times weekly also the knitting club that meets twice a week. I would recommend this unit for any stay in MB

My family and I spent a week here and we all had a fantastic time. The condo was beautiful, spacious, clean, and very well stocked in every aspect (from the kitchen all the way down to the beach chairs and toys) . Dan and Sandra were fantastic to deal with and we're hoping we're able to return for another visit next summer! This was our first time at Kingston Plantation, the resort grounds were great. The Sport and Health club was right across the street from the condo and was VERY well equiped; my son and I used the weight room and played raquetball while my girls waited for us in the indoor pool. It was a short walk to the beach, and we also enjoyed using all of the pools available to us. Wish we could start our vacation all over again!

My children and I stayed at this condo June 11 -18, 2011 and it was fantastic! Everything you need in a kitchen was there! Everything needed for the beach was there! Just fantastic! Well kept... We took the shuttle to the beach and pools everyday....2 minute ride and they pick you up front in front of the condo... I would recommend this condo to anyone who is thinking about staying in Myrtle Beach. The location is close to Broadway on the Beach and all tourist attractions! WalMart is right up the street which was great for REDBOX and food! Thanks again to Sandra and Dan for letting us stay in your condo!! Crystal

My wife, daughter and I stayed here July 3-10 and we had a great time. The condo is in an excellent location in the Kingston Plantation Resort. It is very clean, spacious, well-maintained and the amenities were excellent. We spent a lot of time at the beach and the pools so we made use of the beach closet inventory quite a bit. Having a washer and dryer on-site was wonderful, as we did not have to pack too many clothes. The location worked very well for us - we enjoyed the shopping, attractions and many great restaurants (we especially enjoyed Joe's Crab Shack, the Seafood Captain's House and California Dreaming), all within 15 minutes. We even found a fruit stand and seafood market closeby and cooked up some crab and corn on the cob ourselves. Sandra and Dan were very easy to work with and provided us with excellent directions and guidelines. I would highly recommend staying in this area and especially at this condo.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay, it was just like being at home. The pictures do no justice for the actual beauty of the place, the owners were very nice and answered all questions and concerns. My kids really enjoyed the water park, we cannot wait to come back again next year for our family vacation.

The villa is very roomy, clean, and comfortable. It was so nice to relax in such a lovely place after a long travel day. We had 4 adults and 3 toddlers - and had enough space for everyone. It is located very close to grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants ... not to mention the beach and pools. Having a kitchen to make breakfast, a washer/dryer for swimsuits/towels, and a beach closet full of gear was a plus! The owners were so easy to deal with and were very available for questions. The large amount of information given to us about the villa was helpful and professional. We were only there for two and a half days and plan on staying longer next time. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to family and friends.

We had the pleasure of enjoying this condo in May. Looking at the pictures doesn't truly tell the story of how nice it is. WE experienced nothing but comfort, convenience, and serenity the whole time. You all thought of everything! Pool/beach toys, any utensil a person could need, and plenty of extras! I was able to comfortably read my book when I wanted to relax even though my kids were there too because the place was spacious enough. Also, the evening walks right down to the beach were awesome! Thank you so much for the hospitality, we would definitely recommend this place and the next time we come to Myrtle Beach, this i where we'll be.

My family and I stayed in the condo for our annual two week summer vacation. The accomodations are very nice with many amenities and lots of roomm. The location is great - very quiet, but not too far from the beach. We especially liked being so close to the Health Club and its pool (uncrowded). I loved having a washer and dryer in the condo for beach towels and other laundry. Dan and Sandra were very easy to work with on the rental. We would highly recommend staying here to other guests.
