The Sundance apartments, completed in 2006, have been finished to a very high standard. The apartment has impressive views, enjoyed from the balconies, with the living room looking out over the Dents du Midi and the bedrooms towards the mountain and the vast ski area. The property is ski in, ski out with the nearest lift 40m away. The centre of the resort is an easy 5min walk. The penthouse apartment is arranged over two floors providing spacious, luxury accommodation for 2 families or a group of 8 adults. The contemporary interior has been laid out to provide 2 separate seating areas, with an adult area centred around the log fire. The breakfast bar has 4 Italian bar stools beneath a granite counter top which continues into the fully fitted open plan kitchen with the dining table situated alongside. All the bedrooms have plenty of cupboards and wardrobes.

The Swiss village of Les Crosets, at 1660m, is arguably one of the best access points into the Portes du Soleil ski area but is only a 1.5hr drive from Geneva. The village provides all the required amenities including ski hire, ski school, supermarkets and restaurants. In addition to the village restaurants there are a number of excellent, typically Swiss, mountainside (ski access in the winter and walking/car access in the summer) eateries. Champery, a chocolate box village, is only a 15 minute drive away.
The Portes du Soleil is the largest skiing area in the world with over 650km of piste linking 14 resorts which include Avoriaz, Morzine, Les Gets, Chatel, Champoussin, Morgins and Champery. In the summer the extensive walking and VTT (mountain biking) trails keep the mountains open to all. From the centre of Les Crosets the renowned 'Swiss Wall' is only 2 lifts away and the French side only 1 lift. The area caters for all abilities of skiers and boarders.
