For those who need to stay connected, there is a work desk in the family room. The Master bedroom has a King-sized bed and TV while the second bedroom has twin beds and TV. Additional guests can use the Queen-sized sofa bed. Each room features lovely ceiling fans.
Enjoy the Four Star 27-hole championship golf course which was named one of 'America's Best Golf Courses' by Golf Week Magazine. It boasts a luxury clubhouse with practice range, chipping area and putting green. After a round of golf, you can enjoy drinks at the bar or fine dining at The Den at Bear Trap Dunes. Golf packages are available year-round; greens' fees are extra.

Linens are available for an additional fee. Condo passes are available. A security deposit is required. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Rentals less than one week require a $85.00 cleaning fee.

The pictures don't do it justice. The rooms are huge, open, and like new. Very clean. Kitchen well equipped and large. There are 2 dining areas - dining room and a separate table and chairs in the kitchen. 2 story foyer. I loved the great idea of the binders that had transparencies that contained the menus, things to do, and general info like TV channels. Wish every property had that idea! The property management keeps the grounds beautifully well maintained. The outdoor pools were huge for a resort and heated. The owner answered all questions in a timely manner. Good restaurant - Off the Hook for fresh fish. Our week was extremely hot, so we drove to the beach at 3:00 pm and parking up front was very available. However, bring money for the meter because if you use your credit card, there's a ripoff $3 service fee. Other than that, parking is cheap. The supermarket called Giant is practically blocks away.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

Our family of 4 rented this unit for a week in the summer of 2010 and loved every second we spent there. It is exactly as shown in these pictures and spotless. The shuttle to the beach made traveling to and from the beach so much simpler than having to worry about parking in Bethany and we swam in one of the two Village pools every day, too. It's close enough to get the full Bethany experience of beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants, yet far enough away to relax in peace and quiet at the end of the day. We were so busy we didn't even get to enjoy the golf course! The condo had every comfort of home - the owner thought of every detail and provided it all. He answered every inquiry promptly and was a pleasure to deal with. We would recommend this rental to anyone!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
