Desert Oasis Villa is the BEST value in the desert. This RELAXING retreat is conveniently located on one of the three 9 hole golf courses at Indian Palms Country Club. Across the street, you will find the pool and Jacuzzi spa. This comfy, NON SMOKING condo is fully furnished and smartly decorated. From the back patio, you can watch either the golfers putt, or the wildlife play on the far side of the green. While on our patio, be sure to sample the sweet, delicious fruit from our lemon and tangelo trees.
The bedrooms, each with its own bath and sliding door access to the patios, are situated at opposite ends of a long hall, affording either occupant lots of privacy. The 1200+ sq ft and the vaulted ceilings add to the sense of spaciousness you'll experience. We are a family who loves to help others have a good time. We live in South Lake Tahoe, California. We feel that we have lovely places in both Cities, Indio and South Lake Tahoe. If we had our way we would relocate to the Desert Oasis Villa in the winter and leave the snow behind. But we want to share it with others and help pay for it at the same time. We hope you will enjoy our place when coming to the desert, and we will do everything we can to assist you in that venture.
Why the Owner Chose Indian Palms
We live in South Lake Tahoe where the winters can be cold and snowy. We have been here for 35 years and are tiring of the snow. We bought our place in the desert because it is like Spring or summer in the winter months. The Palm trees are so beautiful and the golf courses and open areas are so green. The flowers bloom all year long. Its a real escape from the ice, snow and chill.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Our condo is uniquely located, as it is steps from the pool and jacuzzi spa. It is also on the golf course which has a wildlife area just across the fair way. You can watch rabbits and road runners zip across. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We have enjoyed making constant upgrades and taking it from an outdated gem to a contemporary jewel. Its well designed and there is lots of privacy for a modest sized place. The proximity to the pool is one of the best features. The pool is also not used a lot so most of the time, its like a private pool and jacuzzi. Its peaceful there and relaxing all the time.
