Spacious two story Lake Tahoe Chalet. Sleeps twelve people. Five separate sleeping areas. Completely furnished with the usual comforts of home. Has two telephones, with free local calling. Long distance requires an 800 calling number. The phone system has a dataport for computer connection.
Attractive, near skiing, beaches and State Line Casinos. Large rock fireplace, beam ceilings, cozy knotty pine walls. Woodsy setting, convenient to major shopping centers. Boat and bicycle rentals close by. Off street parking for five vehicles. Rented all year round.
South Lake Tahoe, the worlds favorite mountain playground. State Line Casinos, Something for everyone to do. Horseback riding, fishing, swimming, boating, water skiing, Jet Skiing, great bicycle/hiking trails. Several golf courses, Snow mobiles, horse driven sleigh rides, cross county and Alpine skiing at Heavenly Valley and Sierra Tahoe Ski Resorts.

- Linens Provided: This home has a regular caretaker who takes care of this home for the owner.Bed sheets,pillows and pillow cases,bath and and kitchen towels are provided. Housekeeper strips the beds and does the laundry.
- Off Street Parking: This Chalet sits back 50 feet from the road leaving a large drive way suitable for five cars to park away from the snow plows that keep Tata Lane passable. No more then 5 cars allowed.
- Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: Parking of RV/Boat/Trailers permitted in the driveway area during summer months only.
- Wood Fireplace: This home has a wood burning fireplace. Firewood is available for purchase by bundle or box at several local super markets and hardware stores
- Beds
- King Bed: The master bedroom is located on the second floor at the front end of the Chalet and is conveniently located to the bathroom. Overlooks the driveway and neighborhood.
- Double Bed (2) : This home has two double beds. One in Woody's Den upstairs and one in the lower bedroom on the main floor. You will find Woody our carved wooden bear at the entrance to the Chalet.
- Bunk Bed: There are two adult size bunk beds double stacked to sleep four people.
- Convertible Bed: This hide-a-bed sofa is in the family room with a great view of the rock fireplace, and close to the TV,stereo music system. It sleeps two, with a queen size mattress and springs support.

- Cable/Satellite TV: The Chalet has a 20 inch color TV wall mounted and connected to the local cable service provider. Stereo music system. CD-player DVD-player. Possible ipod connection to system. Renters need to bring their own RCA-iPod connection wires.

- Cooking Utensils Provided: This kitchen is complete with pots/pans & cutlery for preparing meals. Automatic coffee maker & grinder,food processor,drink mixer, soft boiled egg cooker,four slice toaster and separate toaster oven.Microwave oven.
- Refrigerator: The refrigerator is a 16 cubic foot model with top freezer. Recently purchased new.
- Dishwasher: Kitchenaid automatic dishwasher built in under counter.
- Microwave: Large microwave on counter top.
- Outdoor Features
- Charcoal BBQ Grill: Large Charcoal BBQ with cooking tools and mit pot holders.Located on the front porch for outdoor cooking.
- Deck/Patio: Large deck on the front end of the home. Outdoor furniture furnished with umbrella.

- Mountain View: This property has about 10 Tamarack pines about 150 years old. You will surely enjoy the fluffy tailed squirrels and Stellar Blue Jays that frequent the grounds.

- Telephone: Private phone line with extension to upstair master bedroom. Free local calls. Must have pre-paid or calling card with an 800 number for toll or long distance calling. Most cell phones receive good receptions at this location. Wireless connections for computers at local coffee shop

- Suitability
- Pet Friendly: Pets are welcome with Owner's approval. Please note the extra charge for pets. Two maximum per rental period. Owner must be responsible for removing their pets shedding hair and body waste on the property.
- Kid Friendly: Children are welcome. This home has a stair way leading upstairs.Please cautions children to hold on to the hand railing.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Age 21 for responsible person signing the rental agreement.
- Smoking Not Allowed: Renters are asked to smoke outside.Please dispose of cigarettes,matches etc. in metal can provided on front deck. Thank you!

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Summer$1300/week + tax,Winter $1400/week + tax. Reduced rates Sept-November 15th.
Weekends two nights $525 + tax, with up to twelve people.
Holidays $700 + tax,for any three night stay with up to twelve people.
Pets are $25 per day per pet + tax. Maximum two pets per rental period.
Christmas & New Years weeks $2400 each plus local taxes
Reservation/security deposit separate from rent required all rentals.
Signed rental agreement required to confirm reservations with deposit
