The location is exceptional!It is within walking distance to the lake (Eldorado Beach),beautiful meadow, the recreation center (ice skating/park/pool),1/2 mile to heavenly,yet 2 miles to casinos.

  • My sister and I (along with her dog) stayed here with our husbands In July 2008. The neighborhood is quiet, the location is convenient to restaurants and the beach and the house fit us perfectly. Clean, with lots of fun board games, a big backyard with hot tub and a kitchen with everything we needed. The garage was great to keep our bikes in, and biking around the neighborhood and the nearby bike boulevard was so much fun! Thank you!

  • I found this cabin for my son, daughter-in-law, baby, and dog. They were so happy with everything. The kitchen was nicely equipped, the yard large and fenced, the location perfect. Everything worked--the hot tub, the heat, laundry facilities, the gas fireplace. It was attractive and very comfortable. The Emery's were pleasant and easy to deal with. We would rent this unit again.

  • It was such a privilege to spend the 07/08 winter at this amazing property. It has everything: large garage with room for ski tuning/storage, cozy living room with a gas fireplace, well-appointed kitchen, good-sized backyard and a perfect post-skiing hot tub. The property is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood just a few blocks from the Truckee Marsh which was great for walking the dog and taking in the Tahoe sunsets. It’s also just a short walk or ride to the beach, Heavenly and the Stateline nightlife. This place quickly felt like home, I only wish I could have stayed longer.

  • We stayed at this house for three weeks during the summer of 2007. We really enjoyed the location...walks to the beach and restaurants etc. The house had everything we needed.
