You are immediately surrounded by the charm of this property with the traditional painted tiles, antique light fixtures and original moldings on the ceiling and walls. Take the gently winding stairs or elevator up one floor and discover this sumptuously, newly renovated luxury apartment. Natural light floods the entry hall of the Boulevard St Germain apartment, where you will find a comfortable desk and Mac laptop computer with high-speed WiFi. There is plenty of room to set down your shopping bags after a day perusing the great boutiques nearby.
The apartment has one full, modern bathroom with a towel warmer, toilet, sink, and stand-up shower equipped with a hand-held showerhead and a rain-head showerhead. All of the fixtures and fittings are of the best quality and there are lots of fluffy, white towels for your use.
The bright kitchen is fully equipped (oven, small dishwasher, convection burners, large fridge and freezer, high quality knives and stainless cookware, toaster, French coffee press, dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils). There is a marble table that can be used as a preparation area or a perfect eating spot for two.
The spacious living room overlooks boulevard St. Germain and is a haven after a long day of work or exploring the city. It has a large, comfortable sofa and modern chairs perfect for relaxing. The sofa converts into a bed, ideal for children. The designer dining table and chairs can seat up to 6 comfortably. For your enjoyment, there is also a large flat screen TV, iPod dock, DVD player, lots of movies and books.

This gem of an apartment is located right in the center of Paris, on the edge of the Latin Quarter. From your doorstep you are just minutes away from famous sites like St. Sulpice, the church made famous in the Da Vinci Code, the Bon Marche luxury department store, the bi-weekly organic market on boulevard Raspail, the Seine river, Notre Dame and the Ste. Chapelle. The Luxembourg gardens are less than 5 minutes away by foot. The Sorbonne University and Pont Neuf are right around the corner. Please Note: The sofa bed in this apartment has only a thin mattress. While it would be wonderful for children, it may not be comfortable for adults to sleep on for more than a night or two.
The second bedroom is perfect for children or friends traveling together as it has two, separate twin beds. Because of the dimensions of the room, it is not possible to combine these beds into a lager bed for two.

The windows open right onto the street and, while they are double-paned, noise will drift up to the flat when they are open. In addition, the metro is nearby, so you may feel some faint vibrations from passing trains.

Bonjour Paris! Staying in this Latin Quarter apartment was like a dream come true! The balcony offers astounding views of both Notre Dame and Sacre Cour. The central location is ideal, surrounded by fabulous shops and restaurants and just steps away from the Seine river.
The apartment has been beautifully renovated with all the modern facilities including a washer/dryer, television, wireless internet access, and a fully stocked kitchen. And my human companions claimed that this apartment had the best shower any of them had ever taken. Also, the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted with fresh flowers and a bottle of wine. If you're anything like me, you'll never want to leave!
