NEW and soon to become a much requested location - The Village of South Walton Beach! The newest address on 30-A offers a beach lifestyle unlike any other. It is a truly distinctive low-rise condominium community that places residents at the center of casual living activities. Within The Village, residents find an array of activities: from a quiet stroll down one of the cobblestone lanes, to a friendly afternoon gathering around the pool or beach only a short walk away.
The Village is about quality...and quality of life. The Village offers classic charm in a modern beach setting. Travertine marble, slate roofs, and distinctive entrances to each residence are just some of the architectural accents that define The Village. Its quaint pedestrian lanes, inviting shops, amphitheater, and fountains contribute to a certain quality of life found only in The Village.
When you stay in the Village, you will find every thing you need within a short stroll down the quaint, cobblestone, pedestrian lanes. The village offers a full indoor and outdoor cafe with breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, and dessert. There is a childrens interactive fountain with lights and music in the middle of it all.
There is already a 15,000-square-foot pool with beach access. You may be picked up and taken to the pool or beach, which are close by, in the complimentary tram service. This spring and summer there will be movies on the lawn, arts and crafts, and concerts at this wonderful resort.
We have two luxury efficiencies in The Village of South Walton. The studio flat is a 400-square-foot, luxury space with a relaxing, romantic, quaint feeling. Unit 207 will sleep four. A king bed, along with two inflatable single air mattresses make this a great romantic getaway for two or a cozy getaway for you and the kids!! Unit 206 has a great queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper.
Rosemary Beach with cafe, wine bar, outdoor restaurants, and more is located next door. "Shades at the Loop" is a restaurant, bar, and has free Internet access (two minutes away) with live music Wednesday through Saturday. Night Club 331 with dancing (ten minutes away) located on the bay at 98 West and 331.
