It is a truly distinctive low-rise condominium community that places residents at the center of casual living activities. Within the Village residents find an array of activities from a quiet stroll down one of the cobblestone lanes to a friendly afternoon gathering around the pool or beach, which is only a short walk away.
The Village offers classic charm in a modern beach setting. Rosemary Beach with cafe, wine bar, outdoor restaurants, and more is located next door. Shades at the Loop is a restaurant, bar, and has free Internet access (two minutes away) with live music Wednesday through Saturday. Night Club 331 with dancing is just 10 minutes away, located on the bay at 98 West and 331.
