This designer home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage. Home is conveniently located near the Pimlico Recreation Center. Pimlico offers golfers three different Executive Courses, Churchill Greens, Pimlico and Belmont. The home is located less then one mile from the Southern Trace shopping plaza. This new plaza offers a Publix, CVC Drugs, Dunkin Donuts, Italian Restaurant, Irish Pub, DQ Grill, ACE Hardware, Chinese Restaurant, Crispers, and numerous shops, banking, and other services. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, large dresser, armoire and large walk in closet. The master bath has two sinks, a large walk in shower with built in seat and a separated toilet area. The guest bedroom also has a queen size bed and the third bedroom is furnished with a full size sleeper couch and remote controlled TV. The spacious well-equipped eat-in-kitchen has an open floor plan into the dining and living room. The living room offers a full size couch, love seat and a recliner along with a 32-inch remote controlled TV and DVD player. The dining room has a large table with six chairs. A golf cart is not provided due to restrictions on insurance. There are at least three local golf cart establishments that offer very reasonable weekly and monthly rentals.
