We have rented this condo before and knew that we would rent it again. Mo is wonderful, very helpful and always nice. The condo is affordable but decorated very nice and comfortable. Love the condo and location. You get the best of both worlds, with the ocean seen from your front door and a quick walk across the street and a very nice pool and and dock to fish from the intracoastal. With Mo we know that we can alway expect a great stay and can trust him with our vacation. Can't wait to go back already!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My husband and three teenagers just returned from a week in this condo, and it was just perfect. The condo was spotless and quiet, with a great location on the intercoastal waterway, just across from the beach. We normally only stay on the beach, but this condo has the best of both worlds. The condo has a balcony overlooking the intercoastal waterway and the gorgeous pool with a view of beach/ocean from the front entrance. By the end of the week, the kids were on the beach, and the adults were by the pool! The owners couldn't have been more helpful or hospitable. Mo kept in constant contact with me before our trip, even verifying the weather (during Debby!) with his contacts on the beach. He also encouraged me to contact him day or night if we had any problems. I highly recommend this condo for both families or couples. I will rent from Mo again in the future!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This condo is perfect for a vacation and quiet get away. Wonderful Unit, Great Pool. Balcony overlooks intercostal water where you often see dolphins and manatees. Great furnishings, flat screen TVs and wireless internet. Have stayed here for the last 3 years.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.
