Exceptionally well-designed and maintained air conditioned home in the north end of Sunriver Resort. Guests receive a free foursome of golf and other golf amenities, passes to resort managed pools, tennis courts, and the Sage Springs Spa. Home is located on a short cul-de-sac in a treed setting next to the bike path, and is within two blocks of the peaceful Deschutes River. The spacious, comfortable greatroom and well equipped gourmet kitchen provide a wonderful gathering place for family, friends, and retreats. Young families, golfers, skiers, and outdoor enthusiasts have all found the home exceptional in its accommodations and privacy afforded by room layout and location within Sunriver.
The main floor living area consists of an oversized vaulted great room, large floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace that ignites with the flip of a switch, large kitchen and dining area with seating for ten at the table, 10 foot cooking and serving island, and coordinated floor coverings of carpet and hardwood.
Sleeping rooms on the main floor consist of a Master bedroom suite (King with private bath, double sinks, walk-in closet, and access door to hot tub). A second bedroom (Queen) on the main floor shares a bath with the living areas. On the upper level, there is a second Master bedroom (Queen with walk-in closet and private bath); a loft with a day bed and trundle; another bedroom (Queen), and a bathroom.

- Garage: Three car garage. Two garage door openers are provided for guest use. During the winter, the garage is used to store patio furniture and depending on car size, may only accommodate two cars.
- Off Street Parking: Sunriver ordinance restricts off street parking to paved driveways and garages. The driveway of the home accommodates 3 cars. The garage accommodates 2-3 cars depending on car size and season of the year.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Off season rate $275 per night Sept 15 thru May 31, excluding holidays
High season rate $385-$425 per night June 1 thru Sept. 14 and holidays
In addition to the nightly rate, there is a $135 cleaning fee, 7% Deschutes County
and 1% State of Oregon lodging taxes, and an optional damage waiver fee.
A 25% deposit is required within 7 days of booking a reservation.
The balance of payment is due 45 days prior to occupancy.

Why the Owner Chose Sunriver
There is always so much to do that each year challenges us with a new set of adventures. In the early years, we never seemed to get enough of the biking, canoeing, and swimming. Later, as our family grew, and finally reached the milestone of college graduations, we knew what our next investment would be. First it was a lot, and then three years later, a house. Now four generations of our family vacation together, sharing stories, meals, bike rides, golf, horse back riding, hiking, canoe floats and entertainment by the grandchildren. It's a wonderful place to relax, kick back, and share the meaning of family.

Our children were ages four and six when my father-in-law first introduced us to Sunriver back in 1974. It has been a love affair ever since. The warm summer days, cool nights, snow glistening on the ground in winter, all contribute to the wonderful ambiance of the setting.
