Exceptionally well-designed and maintained air conditioned home in the north end of Sunriver Resort. Home is located on a short cul-de-sac in a treed setting next to the bike path, and is within two blocks of the peaceful Deschutes River. The spacious, comfortable greatroom and well equipped gourmet kitchen provide a wonderful gathering place for family, friends, and retreats. Young families, golfers, skiers, and outdoor enthusiasts have all found the home exceptional in its accommodations and privacy afforded by room layout and location within Sunriver.
Guests receive passes to resort managed pools, tennis courts, golf amenities, and access to the Sage Springs Spa.
The main floor living area consists of an oversized vaulted great room, large floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace that ignites with the flip of a switch, large kitchen and dining area with seating for ten at the table, 10 foot cooking and serving island, and coordinated floor coverings of carpet and hardwood.
Sleeping rooms on the main floor consist of a Master bedroom suite (King with private bath, double sinks, walk-in closet, and access door to hot tub). A second bedroom (Queen) on the main floor shares a bath with the living areas. On the upper level, there is a second Master bedroom (Queen with walk-in closet and private bath); a loft with a day bed and trundle; another bedroom (Queen), and a bathroom.
As the owners of 7 Gosling, we want to ensure that your visit to Sunriver is as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. Thus, like many of our fellow Sunriver owners, we have partnered with Sunriver Resort, a company that has been providing excellent service to Sunriver owners and their guests for over 40 years. Their guest care encompasses Front Desk (check-in and registration), Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Concierge Services. As a central point of contact, the Front Desk team is available 24/7 to address your requests and inquiries. Extra, even daily, Housekeeping services can be arranged (at an additional cost). In the unlikely event a maintenance issue arises, an on-call Maintenance team will be dispatched. You will have a personal concierge service at no additional charge. The resort concierge will offer all the advice you need during your stay, from the best restaurants to the most unique day trips and activities Sunriver has to offer. The bottom line is you get VRBO rates with the peace of mind of an excellent local guest services team.

The home was perfect for our needs! It is comfortably spacious for large group gatherings. Most of our meals were prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen.The property, inside and outside, was immaculate, just exactly as pictured. Thank you for providing us with a detailed list of the amenities. The only times we left Sunriver was to go grocery shopping in Bend and visit Crater Lake. I would definitely recommend this property to our friends.

This place is GREAT. Plain on the outside but gorgeous on the inside; it looks even better than the pictures. And you've gotta love all the bear & moose decorations. We needed four bedrooms and four baths for our Pacific Crest Marathon weekend so this fit the bill. We also wanted group cooking and the enormous kitchen had 2 sinks, 2 diswashers, commercial 6-burner stove, and every imaginable kitchen gadget. And everything worked, even the secure WiFi. Thanks, Al & Colleen! PS, for a cheap and interesting side trip go to the Newberry (Lava Lands) Visitor Center then hike the Lava River Cave - very unique.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Our families gather together annually and your home was the perfect setting for our reunion. We enjoyed wonderful meals around the table, great conversation in front of the fire and a spirited Easter egg hunt in the backyard. Thank you for everything you provide - it was all ideal.

We had a wonderful week at your home and we are sad that it has come to an end. We spent most of our time just hanging out, eating dinner, playing games, riding bikes, and going for walks. It snowed a bunch and the fireplace kept us warm on the really cold days. The lava caves were closed but the kids (and adults) had a great time sledding and swimming. We truly felt at home here and all of us hope to return soon!! Thank you for sharing your home.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful house. We especially like the house's proximity to the walkway and view of the Deschutes River. We enjoyed using all of your pots and pans. The only future request is we didn't think to bring spices so lots of salt and pepper were used. Other than that we hope to stay here again in the future.

I just can't believe how fast it's gone by. One week feels like 2 nights. The pools were cool but the house was something else. We LOVED the bikes. I went for a bike ride almost every day!! It was amazing how all of us fit in the house so perfectly. I really don't think I was bored for one minute. The hot tub was something else. It felt good on a cold morning. We saw a bunch of deer. Now I am sad to leave for a four hour drive home, from a paradise to a normal neighborhood. Lydia, age 12
