This is a beautiful one story house (suitable for handicapped access)set amidst tall, lush palm trees, providing a warm, tropical private setting. It is fully and beautifully appointed. Ceiling fans, large windows and skylights provide a cheerful, bright and welcoming vacation home. Repeat guests attest to its ambience. You can see we love this home and are certain that you will too.
Step out through double doors to the in-ground swimming pool (which can be heated at guests expense), and the large hot tub. The hot tub is the perfect place to be on a cold day! It's a very easy walk to the gorgeous beach and even shorter steps to the jogging/biking trails of Hilton Head Island. A little longer walk to Coligny Circle shopping complex.
Our welcome dog policy has been well received and our guests have been very conscientious in helping us maintain our home in its clean and hygienic condition. Rabies certificate proof should be available. Deposit required.
