Welcome to "No Worries"! Rise and shine in beautiful Mexico Beach. From the master suite balcony...relax, wake up and peer out at the sparkling emerald ocean. This bright and spacious townhouse sleeps up to a maximum of 8 and was newly built in 2002.

A mere 500 feet from the gulf let the sand run between your toes as you stroll along gathering shells and other ocean treasures. Spend hours building sand castles and sunning in the warmth of the Gulf. The lure of the fishing pier, where the catch of the day ranges from Pompano to Shark, appeals to people of all ages.

This excellent location is close to the neighborhood convenience store, ice cream shop, video arcade and a delightful gourmet food and wine store. The decor is a eclectic mixture of cottage, rattan and the beach.

This home away from home offers a fully equipped kitchen with clean white cabinetry, top appliances (refrigerator with ice and water, self cleaning stove, dishwasher and built in microwave), snack bar with stools, and a dining area that welcomes friends and family. Off the kitchen is the main floor laundry which has a full size washer/dryer and ironing accommodations.

Access the back yard shower and clothes line through the privacy gate for easy beach cleanup. Blacken the days catch on your gas grill and dine outside if you choose. There is never a dull moment with cable TV, DVD, and the video player. Mood setting is just a dial away with the stereo and DVD player. After watching a spectacular sunset, a good nights rest is assured with newer mattresses and plenty of pillows.

The master suite offers king size bed, spacious walk in closet and its own TV. Full bath has double sink, built in blow dryer, and ceramic tile floor. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, full bath with built in blow dryer and nice size closet. The 3rd sleeping area has a queen bed, small dresser and easy access closet in the hall.

Extras include: Outdoor shower, balcony, and front porch with chairs, outside patio table, electric grill, beach wagon, children’s beach toys, DVD and VCR, small kitchen appliances and 2 attached hair dryers in main baths. All of these items are provided for your convenience and enjoyment. We appreciate you taking care of them and leaving them in the same condition as you found them. At "No Worries" we hope you can kick back and truly enjoy home at the ocean! We look forward to having you as our guests for years to come! If you need additional space for family or friends additional units are available in the same complex.
