This home is 6 years old and is located in the heart of Destin with rooftop deck and gulf views and was professionally decorated with bright beachy colors and comfortable furniture! Neighborhood has 650 ft of private gated beach, lake with fountains and fishing off docks, pool on lake and gated community with security.
Several restaurants and Big Kahunas Water Park are within walking distance, and go carts, mini golf and amusement park are less than a mile away. The private beach and pool are only a very short walk through the beautiful neighborhood.
The house is extremely family friendly! One bedroom has three bunk bed sets. Our home is located on a cul de sac with basketball goal so that children have plenty of room to play outside.
There are 3 master bedrooms, one located on the bottom floor with bunk bed room next door, and the other two are located on the second floor along . All three have separate full bathrooms. All bedrooms have huge walk-in closets and 1 with ajacuzzi tubs.
The third floor has two chairs with ottoman, tv, small refrigerator and two decks and a half bath, one with outdoor furniture and gulf view. All bedrooms have tvs with cable. .
There is an outdoor shower located on the side of the house for easy clean up from the beach.
Large garage that will accomadate 2 small cars or one large car and maybe a small car.
This is a great place and most people that rent it come back the next year. Nothing like it for this money in or around Destin. Expecally a private home. This area is very exclusive and the homeowners want it to stay that way.

- This elite area is gated with a private gated beach. The association has beach attendant for umbrellas and chairs. There is security on the property and at times guest must wear a security band. The association wants no one on the beach or in the complex unless they belong. There are only 38 homes in this complex and they range in price for 1 to 7 million dollars. Most of the people live there year round. This is one of the few homes that can be rented in this complex and it is the best price in the area. The house is 30 steps from the lake, 150 steps from the pool and 290 steps to the private beach. Big Kahona water park and all the rides are across the street. Many of the great restaurants are within walking distance to the complex. This is a very safe place for your vacation. There are no complexs like this one expecially with a private beach. Execllent and reasonable landlord as long as the property is treated as your own. People who have rented rent again the next yr.

The Unique Benefits at this House
When the beach is packed with people drinking and drunks, our 650 ft private beach has only a few people and is very will regulated by the security or the beach boy. It has a 10 acre fishing lake with fountains and bridges across to the beach and pool. You will love this place as we do.

This is our 2nd home and we use it ourselves when it is not rented. I am fair and reasonable and all my renters are great people. The house has always been treated by renters as their own. You will really love this place.
