Why stay at a condo when you can stay at a RESORT. Sea Trail Golf Resort and Spa is one of the premiere resorts in the area. Sea Trail is one mile from the beach--a drive of less than five minutes door to door.
Like new and very nice condo located at Sea Trail Resort in Sunset Beach, NC. Pool and Fitness area available for a nominal fee. Pool has restaurant and bar. 3 Championship golf courses located at the resort. Great view of the 18th hole on the Maples course from the large screened in porch. Sea Trail is 1 mile from the beach as are all of our condos. Ample free and paid parking is available at the beach.
There are two large bedrooms with three double beds one queen bed. Plus there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has their own full private bath. Small children---our condo has a pack and play and a portable crib.
All the amenities of home with a full kitchen and two separate living areas and a washer and dryer.
5 minutes to Calabash, and 15 minutes to N. Myrtle Beach, SC.
Nighly rentals available, 3 night minimum. $150 per night. (September through May only)
Kids night out service available at the Activity Center for children between the ages of 5-13. Great way for Mom and Dad to get away. (Summer Only)
Sunset Beach is a small barrier island located at the southeast corner of North Carolina. To reach the island you pass from the mainland over one of the last pontoon swing bridges operating in our state. Sunset Beach is truly a quiet family beach. It boasts one of the widest and cleanest beach strands on the east coast.
Weekly rental is from Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 4 pm Saturday, Check out is 10 am Saturday.
Reservation deposit is due at booking of $100 to $500 but no more than 30% of the rental amount. Balance of rent is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If reservation is made less than 30 days prior to date of arrival, then the full amount is due at that time.
We have a flexible cancellation policy and do our best to refund all monies paid if extenuating circumstances forces you to cancel your reservation.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and personal checks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your wonderful condo. Your location, proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping and of coarse golf is ideal. The views from your screened in porch have to be the best on the property and the nights were quiet quiet quiet. We have not yet firmed up our plans for next fall but we would not hesitate staying at your home once again if available.

We had a fantastic week at your condo. It was very comfortable for us, our toddlers, and my parents with plenty of room. The resort is great with the pool, fitness center, and close proximity to the grocery stores. Sunset Beach was gorgeous. One of the prettiest beaches we have been to on the east coast. We hope to return for future trips.
