Very nice condo located in the Sea Trail Resort in Sunset Beach, NC. Pool and Fitness area (with restricted access). Pool has restaurant and bar. 3 Championship golf courses located at the resort. Great view of the 18th hole on the Maples course from the large screened in porch. 1 mile to the beach. Free parking

There are two large bedrooms with three double beds one queen bed. Plus there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has their own full private bath.

All the amenities of home with a full kitchen and two separate living areas and a washer and dryer.

5 minutes to Calabash, and 15 minutes to N. Myrtle Beach, SC.

Nighly rentals available, 3 night minimum. $150 per night. (Off season only)

Kids night out service available at the Activity Center for children between the ages of 5-13. Great way for Mom and Dad to get away. (Summer Only)

Sunset Beach is a small barrier island located at the southeast corner of North Carolina. To reach the island you pass from the mainland over one of the last pontoon swing bridges operating in our state. Sunset Beach is truly a quiet family beach. It boasts one of the widest and cleanest beach strands on the east coast.

Weekly rental is from Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 3 pm Saturday, Check out is 10 am Saturday. Call for other.

$200 refundable deposit (Reservation fee)due to hold reservation. Half of rent is due 60 days prior to check in. The remaining rental amount is due 30 days prior to arrival. If reservation is made less than 30 days prior to date of arrival, then the full amount is due at that time.
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival date will result in a 10% fee. Cancellations made less that 60 days prior to arrival date will result in loss of reservation fee.

We accept Visa, MasterCard credit cards and personal checks.

Pool fee included in all weekly rentals ($80.00 per family value)

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your wonderful condo. Your location, proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping and of coarse golf is ideal. The views from your screened in porch have to be the best on the property and the nights were quiet quiet quiet. We have not yet firmed up our plans for next fall but we would not hesitate staying at your home once again if available.

The resort is great with the pool, fitness center, and close proximity to the grocery stores. Sunset Beach was gorgeous. One of the prettiest beaches we have been to on the east coast.
