We are out-of-staters (family of 4) that visited and decided to invest in and enjoy the Hilton Head Island experience. Stones Throw Villa, as it's name suggests, is just a 5 min walk to the Atlantic Ocean. After a sun-drenched day at the beach, a quiet escape to our newly renovated villa, tastefully decorated in a tropical theme, would be a welcome oasis. With room for 8, this villa features a master suite with queen bed, second and third bedrooms with full and twin beds, respectively. A sleeper sofa in the living room offers room for additional guests.
If you haven't had enough sun, an outdoor patio as well as an entryway courtyard awaits you. There is an exercise room (shared)available for the work out buffs, especially after sampling the delicious local cuisine. The large tree-lined pool (shared) offers an adjacent picnic area for the family to enjoy. A few blocks away is ADVENTURE COVE that has something to offer for the entire family.
Weekly rentals are from Sat - Sat. Check-in time is 4PM and Check-out time is 10AM. There needs to be e-mailed cancellation at least 30 days prior to arrival date.

We stayed in this villa August 2011 and fell in love with everything about it. The location is great, the villa is beautifully decorated and if has everything needed for preparing meals. This villa is very clean and comes with beach chairs, umbrella, beach mat, football and indoor games and books in the event weather is uncooperative. There is a television in every room just in case your family cant agree on programming. There are extra pillows, sheets, towels and blankets. Bring your own beach towel. There were extra paper towels, toilet paper, detergent for dishes and clothes. You just cant beat it! It has it all. You will walk about 2 blocks to the ocean but we liked the peacfulness this distance provided. The pool has shade and sun and plenty of chairs. This villa made our first trip to Hilton head a success and our return definite.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Thank you for the use of your condo! It was cozy and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay, so nice to be close to the beach and all the great walking and hiking trails. A lovely, quiet spot, just right for relaxing and unwinding. We would recommend to anyone taking a day to visit Beaufort. What a lovely town. We wish you all the best.

We've been coming to HHI for 16 yrs, and this is our first stay at the McIntyre's. Your condo is clean and has everything we'd need to make it home for the week. Really...couldn't be happier!! I'll be booking our next HHI trip for #37 when we get home! Thanks!!!

Dear McIntyre's, We were extremely lucky to get to stay in your gorgeous home. It has all anyone could ask for from a re laxing vacation. You have great taste in decor. We went to Sea Pines Center on Wednesday to listen to the Headliners. We all had a great time at Coligny Plaza and at the beach. Shopping, golfing, sunning, walking,relaxing and reading are our things to do. Not to mention eating, we did a lot of that too! Rita, Rose, Nancy and Jay(Md and Pa)

This trip was one of the many times we've been to Hilton Head, but I have to say this was one of the best - because of the house! Great location, gorgeous decoration, and a nice size for our big family. Thanks for making our stay so relaxing.

We had a wonderful time. It was short, but the family together time was very nice. Your home is beautiful. Golf was great. We will miss Hilton Head as we head back to snowy Ohio.

This was our first time to Hilton Head and we really enjoyed ourselves. Even though we are not used to the humidity, we had a great relaxing week. It was awesome to be so close to the beach and close to everything on the island. We had great shopping at Coligny Place and we especially enjoyed the "Wild Wing Cafe" and "Sticky Fingers". Thanks for letting us use your wonderful home.

This was our 3rd time visiting Hilton Head Island, but we especially liked this beach villa the most. The weather was nice and we went to the beach almost every day. We love it so much! The house was very enjoyable and we hope to vacation here again. Thanks
