The lanai is open on two sides for better views and breezes. Located in the exquisite gated community of Pelican Sound which provides 24 hour manned security.
A swimming pool is located across the parking lot. Several other pools are available in the community. Grill out on one of the many gas grills located next to the pool. Master suite has Queen bed with pillow top, TV, desk, and attached master bath with a large walk-in shower.
Guest room includes two twin beds. The guest bath includes glass enclosed shower over tub. Both bedrooms include ceiling fans. The laundry room in the unit includes a full washer and dryer. The living room also includes leather recliner and cloth side chair with TV, DVD and VCR in an entertainment center. Enjoy your favorite beverage at the table and chairs provided on the lanai.
When you don't wish to eat-in or go off-site, take advantage of the lovely Club House formal dining room, grill room or River Club restaurant.
