BEAUTIFUL 3rd floor condominium with STUNNING views. The unit is approximately 1300 sq ft with elevator service. Lovely screened lanai overlooking the 9th hole and the lake of the nature preserve. The lanai is open on two sides for better views and breezes. Located in the exquisite gated community of Pelican Sound which provides 24 hour manned security.
A swimming pool is located across the parking lot. Several other pools are available in the community. The on-site River Club includes a pool, hot tub, snack service during season, fitness center and a full serve restaurant. Pelican Sound has a championship golf course consisting of 27 holes and a fully equipped pro-shop with professional staff.
Full facility membership is transferred to you for the length of your stay. This provides you with access to the Club House, 6 Har-Tru lighted tennis courts, golf, practice driving range and greens, dining, bar, fitness center, pools, hot tub and private boat launch. In addition, you may use the free kayaks and canoes on the adjacent Estero River. You even get a free boat shuttle to Lover's Key State Park.
All furniture is in like new condition, featuring leather sofa and love seat, bar stools, full dining area and eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is fully furnished with all utensils and dinnerware. Grill out on one of the many gas grills located next to the pool. Master suite has Queen bed with pillow top, TV, desk, and attached master bath with a large walk-in shower.
Guest room includes two twin beds. The guest bath includes glass enclosed shower over tub. Both bedrooms include ceiling fans. The laundry room in the unit includes a full washer and dryer. The living room also includes leather recliner and cloth side chair with TV, DVD and VCR in an entertainment center. Enjoy your favorite beverage at the table and chairs provided on the lanai.
When you don't wish to eat-in or go off-site, take advantage of the lovely Club House formal dining room, grill room or River Club restaurant.
