The unit is an a complex which fronts onto the lovely Ocean City beach. Residents enjoy the fact that Ocean City has been awarded 5 stars for the second year by the National Recources Defense Council for the water quality, monitoring frequency and health standards of their beaches. It is one of only 5 in the country and the only mid-Atlantic beach to receive the award by this national nonprofit organization.
