Enjoy the Florida sunshine when you vacation in our beautiful, pristine, non-smoking, vacation rental on Bonita Beach in Southwest Florida between Naples and Fort Myers Beach. The beach is just steps away and beautiful views of both the bay and beach are visible from the unit. Boating, kayaking, and canoeing are easily accessible. Our unit in Bonita Beach is right across from the Gulf and offers many outstanding amenities. You will enjoy our freshly painted, bright and inviting studio unit. Since our full-time residence is only a half mile from this beach condo, we can easily maintain our unit to ensure that it has all the conveniences possible and stays in excellent condition. It has tile floors throughout, a full kitchen with Corian countertops, new microfiber sleeper sofa and loveseat, and a comfortable king sized bed. There is a porch where you can watch the sun setting over the Gulf to your right and see the mangroves and bay to the left.
Beach and Tennis Club, where our condo is located on the sixth floor of building five, provides two heated pools and free tennis on immaculately maintained clay courts. Each building is designed around a beautiful atrium. Each unit opens to the center and there are two elevators per building. One of the best features is that you have full access to the beach at no cost to you. It is located in an area surrounded by private residences and protected preserves. The condo association also plans many activities for residents and guests and you are welcomed to participate. Notice of activities such as bocci ball and pot luck get-togethers are posted in the elevator.
There is a restaurant within the complex where you can get breakfast, lunch, or dinner at reasonable prices. Or you can enjoy a cookout with the multiple barbecue gas grills on site. Locally, there are many excellent restaurants that cater to your every taste and great shopping complexes within a short driving distance. The Naples/Ft. Myers area also has many entertainment venues from which to choose that cater to a variety of musical tastes and artistic interests. With Southwest Florida International Airport in Ft. Myers nearby, it makes it convenient to fly in and out of this beautiful part of Florida.

We have found Barefoot Beach to be an unbelievably beautiful spot and kept pinching ourselves that we had found such an awesome location to live. Why not offer this ambience to others, we thought, and began to look for a place that others would find comfortable but really unique and special. We found it at the condos in The Beach and Tennis Club! The unit we purchased is a perfect spot for that long weekend getaway or to enjoy a month or more respite from the northern winters. We invite you to experience the beauty that lies outside your door as you look at the beautiful Gulf from your porch or take advantage of the many activities, restaurants, and theaters that are located in Bonita Springs, Naples, and Ft. Myers.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The on-site clay tennis courts are in excellent shape and free to guests! Two onsite heated pools are at your disposal but you may prefer to take that cool dip in the Gulf. There are outdoor gas grills for you to enjoy at the end of a busy day. If you like boating, there are several boat rental places, too. Baywater Boat Rentals is in walking distance from the condo. The Beach and Tennis Club has activities provided by the condo association such as bocci ball and pot luck get-togethers, There is a restaurant on site where you can get breakfast, lunch, or dinner for reasonable prices. If you like to cycle, bring your own wheels and enjoy biking through the beautiful areas nearby.

We have been Floridians for over thirty years, having been teachers in the local school system while raising our family in this sunny location. There is so much to do! The sunny days and warm evenings have allowed us to enjoy boating, kayaking, running and racquetball. We like to take advantage of the artistic offerings as well. During season there are a multitude of musical, theater, and gallery venues. Since we are midway between Naples and Ft. Myers, we have lots of choices from which to pick. Walking the beach in the early morning or as the sun sets is probably one of our most favorite activities to do. If you like a beautiful quiet area steps from the beach, this may also the place for you! It is located only 30 minutes from the Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW). Watch the sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico from your porch or as you walk along the beach. The wildlife is incredible. In the early morning, dolphins feed close to the shore as many species of birds hop along the shoreline. You may spot a manatee or see an eagle soar overhead. Drop a fishing line in the Gulf and see what you get! In the late spring, sea turtle nests (protected) are marked and you can find out all about their gestation and migration at the Barefoot Beach Preserve located close by.

This is our fifth year at staying at the Bonita Beach and Tennis Club. My wife and I stayed in other units the first three years when we visited here. Three years ago, near the end of our stay, we decided to investigate other options and called many Beach and Tennis Club owners and we took the time and effort to view the inside of other condos. What a difference there was from condo to condo. I must say that this condo was the nicest one we found and the price very reasonable. We rented through the owners and they were wonderful to deal with. We plan to return to this condo for all of our future Florida vacations. We love staying here!

This condo had high reviews and it was even nicer than I expected it to be. The furnishings were of excellent quality and everything seemed brand new. The only thing better was the location! We had a lovely time and alreay are planning our return visit. Jack and Cindy T.
Owner response:My wife and I take pride in our keeping our unit in excellent condition. Since all of the units are individually owned and there are no "standards" such as at a chain hotel, the room quality and furnishings can vary greatly. To make sure our condo is one of the best in the complex, we constantly are checking with the cleaning staff asking them how ours compares. We recently were told that ours is in the top 5 condos in the entire building! By the way, if you liked our condo in July, 2011, you will really like it on your return visit because the bathroom has been totally renovated along with other major maintenance performed. Thanks for staying in our condo and we look forward to your return visit.

We had a wonderful vacation enjoying the beach from this beautifully decorated condo. The heated pool was the best! The tennis clay courts were in excellent shape and there were lots of opportunities to meet new people there. Walking the beach at sunset was our favorite thing to do. I highly recommend this condo. The owners, Randi and Bill, were wonderful to deal with.

In May, my husband and I decided to travel to the Naples area and really wanted a place that was close to the beach and still gave us easy access to restaurants and shopping. We found this unit and were so pleased! The gulf is right across the street and we can enjoy the beautiful water and sunsets right from our unit. The unit itself is so well maintained and really comfortable. I always look to see the condition of the kitchen, such as variety of pans, dishes, as I love to cook, and it definitely met my expectations!

The unit was in excellent condition and very nicely furnished. The beach is the best. When we vacation, we like to be near the beach and this beach is the best! This condo is perfect having a full kitchen, living area, king-size bed, and the owners were great to deal with all at a surprising low cost. Staying here cost us less than it would have cost to stay at a hotel more than a mile from the beach We will definitely return here in the future and highly recommend it to anyone.
