Lovely, three-bedroom, three-bath home built in 2005 with large, private, swimming pool. This home is located on the Pacific coast in Nosara, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Lovely ocean views from the house. It is a six-minute walk to the ocean. The house is located on a hilltop in the jungle which is frequented by monkeys and many birds. There are jungle views from every window and terrace as well as the ocean views from every building.
The home contains three buildings - two separate bedroom/bath suites and the main building which contains the living room, kitchen, and a bedroom and bath. Each spacious bedroom suite contains a king-size bed. Each of the suites contains a large, private terrace area and a full bath. There are two additional twin beds for sleeping. The bedroom in the main house contains a queen-size bed. The kitchen contains a bar area for eating as well as an outside dining area on the terrace. The house is fully equipped and includes maid service, but no TV/VCR. Contains Phone and wireless hi-speed, IPOD music system. There are ceiling fans in every room and because of the house design every room is very cool, and breezy. The private pool is 16 feet by 32 feet. The property has several retaining walls which are 6-10 ft high; it is not recommended for very young children.
The home is in the quiet K section of Nosara within a six-minute walk of Playa Guiones. Nosara is known for its natural beauty and commitment to protecting its wildlife refuge. Nosara is also one of the best surfing spots in Central America. Sports fishing, river and ocean kayaking, and bird watching abound. 4WD vehicle recommended.

Then in order for us to reserve your dates you must request a rental agreement and at that point we hold your dates
The agreement needs to be filled out and returned to us within 15 days of your request with a check for 50% of your stay plus 7% Maine lodging tax

We have always loved Nosara since 1997 when we first arrived. Our intent was to buy property and build a house for us to live in. As events have unfolded, we need to be in the US for a few months per year. Thus the house is available for rent.
