This brand new custom home is the second house from the beach. Located in Brant Beach on 33rd Street, this house offers an incredible beach experience.
Spectacular ocean and bay views from five decks with two living rooms and wet bar. Bedrooms include two suites; a master suite with a king-size bed, private deck, in room bathroom with jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet, and television, a guest master suite with queen-size bed and in-room bathroom. The pineapple bedrooms sleep two on single beds, while the kids room has bunk beds and sleeps four. A pull-out, queen-size sleeper on the first floor living room sleeps two.
The first floor living room has two sofas and wall unit with television, VCR/DVD, stereo, and X-box. The second floor living room has spectacular ocean views, fireplace, 36-inch TV, and wireless internet.
A fully-equipped kitchen with all appliances and granite countertop lets you eat in or go out to excellent local restaurants.
The living room deck has outdoor furniture, great for outside dining or cocktails while looking at the breathtaking ocean view.

We've gone to LBI the last 3 summers and this house was the best. It's new, gorgeous, clean and the layout + decoration allow you to feel at home very quickly (other houses are designed poorly or just worn out). More on the layout - expansive on both floors for those who want to spread out and/or enjoy different activities on different floors. Steps from beach, panoramic views from roof decks, overall highest recommendation!

My wife and I plus two other couples stayed here last June on Long Beach Island. We had a great time. The home has great access to the beach which is right across the street. From the kitchen you have great views of the ocean and the rooms are very spacious. We spent time bike riding, walking on the beach, swimming athought the water can be a little chilly in early June and eating out at a number of great local resaurants. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away for a beach vacation with family or friends. We had a fantastic time.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The house is new , and beautiful. In fact it was so clean and well kept I wondered where the maid was hiding. The views of the ocean from the rooftop area are stunning. The access to the beach is just across the street so that posed no problem in carrying all of our gear.Once on the beach you can walk "miles" in either direction. We rented bicycles nearby and had a great time touring the area. It is well located in terms of easily finding restaurants, and a whole variety of stores within a couple of minutes. The kitchen area , where it seems everyone congregates, is very well designed and appointed. You will definitely get the feeling you are at an oceanside getaway. You will not be disappointed with this choice.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Lovely home and the weather was wonderful... sunny with a breeze. Some things we did: played at the beach, took a bike ride to the end of the island, mini golf & ice cream every night! Don't miss Show Place Ice Cream Polar.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this house. Excellent location, beautiful views, nicely appointed and decorated and overall very comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
