Bedroom #3: One bunkbed with full on bottom and twin on top, plus a hide-a-bed couch (or use this room as a game room or second "family" room...condo contains board games, puzzles and x-box). Bedroom #4 Furnished with two bunkbeds each with full on bottom and twin on top with bathroom to share with Bedroom #3.

Why the Owner Chose Beaver Village
We purchased this condo to enjoy weekends and holidays on the ski slopes, but have found we love to spend time there in the summer as much as the winter because we enjoy attending the music festivals and bike races in the friendly, small-town atmosphere offered in Winter Park.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We love the cozy "up in the trees" feeling we get staying at this condo. The view from every window is majestic and relaxing. Outside the condo, our children play for hours building ski jumps, snowmen and riding on sleds. We enjoy snow shoeing on the trails right outside our condo. In the summer we hike and bike on the trails right outside our door. During ski season, the free shuttle bus picks us up right outside our building, so getting to the slopes is quick and easy.
