Bedroom #4 Furnished with two log pine bunkbeds each with full on bottom and twin on top with bathroom to share with Bedroom #3.

Why the Owner Chose Beaver Village
We purchased this condo to enjoy weekends and holidays on the ski slopes, but have found we love to spend time there in the summer as much as the winter because we enjoy attending the music festivals and bike races in the friendly, small-town atmosphere offered in Winter Park.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love the cozy "up in the trees" feeling we get staying at this condo. The view from every window is majestic and relaxing. Outside the condo, our children play for hours building ski jumps, snowmen and riding on sleds. We enjoy snow shoeing on the trails right outside our condo. In the summer we hike and bike on the trails right outside our door. During ski season, the free shuttle bus picks us up right outside our building, so getting to the slopes is quick and easy.

Great condo to use as a base for skiing. Bus comes to the door almost. Condo is nice and sleeps a ton of people.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

A group of eight friends and family rented this unit in July 2010 for a week. Everything was as promised and it worked out well for our group. Top floor unit which at almost 9,000 feet means some stairs to climb and perhaps you would be out of breath the 1st couple times but the advantages of no one above you are great. It is also an end unit which gives you extra windows (ventilation in the summer or simply a view in the winter). The two rooms with the bunks share one bathroom so plan accordingly. The kitchen is newly remodeled and well appointed. Have a nice stay.
Recommended for:Families with young children.

My family and I have stayed here numerous times and have had a wonderful experience each visit. Very spacious and comfortable. I love the kitchen and large open countertop. Perfect for kids or large groups. We especially enjoy the indoor hot tubs, large pool and sauna. Heading up to the ski resort is real easy with shuttle service right to your door step. We've stayed at several different places in Winter Park but nothing compares to the full package experience you get when you stay here. High recommendation for anyone.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
