We invite you to visit our beautiful tree-top condominium, "Aeiry Moorings" on Edisto Island in the Fairfield Plantation Ocean Ridge Resort just 45 minutes from historic Charleston. Our third floor unit offers privacy with views of the golf course lined with native Palmetto trees and ancient Oaks shrouded in Spanish Moss.
The porch is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the low country. The condo has been completely updated; including all new appliances in the full sized kitchen that also features a coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, and utensils. Brand New Wood Laminate Flooring installed. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed with a private entrance to the full bath and a 20 inch wall mounted LCD TV.
The Guest room loft is furnished with two twin-sized beds, and full closet. A Queen-sized sleeper sofa is found in the Living area, which includes a wall mounted 32 inch LCD TV with a DVD/CD/MP3 player/AM/FM receiver and cable is provided.
The beach is a short walk, bike ride, or tram ride away from the resort. The marina offers a boat ramp plus fishing charters. The island has been traversed with bike trails and four bikes are included in your rental. Canoes and kayaks are available for rentals and there are guided tours available on the island.
The Plantation 18 hole golf course is as challenging as it is scenic. There are a number of great eating establishments from rustic to fine dining. The local shrimp have a flavor unique to the area and we encourage you to try them.
An amenities pass ($8/person/night or $21/person/week or $88/week (for family)) will provide you with unlimited access to all of the resort's amenities. They include three swimming pools (the on site pool, the Marsh Point pool over by the Bay Point and the Village Pool which is right across Dock Site, recreation center, private beach cabana, shuttle service, tennis, putt-putt, and many planned activities.
