Copper Mountain’s center village has all the amenities of a quaint pedestrian village complete with first class retail shopping, restaurants, nightlife, coffee shops, ice-skating, and more. According to the United States Forest Service Copper Mountain, with its 20 lifts and 2400 acres, is considered the most nearly perfect ski mountain in the United States. Copper has something for everyone. Long steep mogul runs and ample above timberline bowl skiing for the more daring and family friendly runs for others, makes Copper a perfect ski mountain.
Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is in The Lodge at Copper (the building has the best Ski-in/Ski-out at Copper). We are in a second floor flat. The building has an elevator, and parking in the building. The #1 bedroom has 2 queen beds, the #2 bedroom has a king bed, the # 3BR/Den has a single size bed, and a single size fold out bed. For additional sleeping accommodations, the living room has a queen-size sofa bed. The condo has a well-equipped kitchen, large balcony, gas fireplace, Cable High Speed Internet, 4 TVs (1 is a 42-inch), HBO, 4 VCRs, and 4 DVDs. The building has a hot tub, Gas Grill, 3 saunas, washers and dryers.to the cleaning as low as possible, we have chosen a cleaning program that best fits most of our guest. The cleaning company will furnish bed linen for 10, towels for 8, 1 dish cloth, 1 dish towel, and limited amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. If you have a large number in your group, or will be staying a long time, you may want to bring some things with you. The cleaning company can furnish most any extra maid service you might want. You would pay them directly for the extra service.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* Pets are NOT allowed and No Smoking is allowed in the condo.
* Check-in is not before 4:00PM and Check-out is by 10:00AM.
No Early Check-In or Late Check-Out.
* We accept Checks, VISA, & MasterCard.
* Add 5.775% Tax and $125.00 cleaning fee for when you leave.
* Booking, a non-refundable Deposit of $100 is required. Balance is due one month prior to arrival date.
* If Reservation is changed or canceled more than one month before arrival date $100.00 will be forfeited,
or 50% of the rent if during the 30 days before the arrival date.
* EIGHT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUEST ALLOWED.
* 4 nights is the minimum nights we book around holidays. 3 nights is the minimum number of nights we book otherwise,
except for 2 nights to completely fill an opening in our rental schedule.
