Luxury 3 Bedroom Plus Loft Penthouse Condominium located in the Gateway Mountain Lodge at the entrance of River Run Village in Keystone. Just 200 yards walking distance to River Run or take the free shuttle service that stops outside your door to the lifts. Main Floor of building offers casual dining/sports bar/wireless internet, kids arcade, day spa, grocery and liquor store, ski rental. Clubhouse offers heated indoor pool, large hot tub and fitness facilities. Parking for the unit is heated underground and very secure.
Main Floor Bedrooms include Master Suite with King size natural lodgepole bed and huge bathroom with double sinks, separate soaking tub and large glass shower. Deck is off the master bedroom and Living room. Second main floor BR has a beautiful hewn log Queen with twin bunk and a single twin. Large bath with two sinks tub/shower. King Size Bed in 2nd Level Master Bedroom with private bath. The loft is very large and has twin bunk beds with a roll out trundle plus a queen sleeper sofa. Living room also has a Sleeper Sofa. Sleeps 15 comfortably. Perfect unit for several families vacationing together. Super comfortable matresses on all beds.
The loft is the perfect kids hangout. In addition to all the beds there is a TV with Ninetendo 64 with lots of games, DVD player and air hockey table. We've also stocked the entertainment center with movies and games. There's also a closet and plenty of drawer space.
Kitchen is fully furnished and has granite countertops with barstoll seating for 5-6. Great as a breakfast bar or to sit and share an afternoon refreshment. 2 coffee makers, large electric griddle (perfect for big breakfasts), blender, microwave, crock pot, super quiet dishwasher and garbage disposal. Trash chute is conveniently located just down the hall.
Living room has 18' vaulted ceilings with huge picture windows to watch the snow fall or the leaves turn. You can also sit out on the deck and watch the sun rise over the continental divide. The furnishings are beautiful and very comfortable and create the perfect place to read, relax or watch a DVD on our incredible 42' plasma TV.
River Run Village is a beautiful pedestrian village with a wide variety of restaurants, shops and nightlife. From Starbucks in the morning to the local brew pub to fine Italian dining and everything in between, River Run has all you need and more. Shops of all kinds, a grocery and an outdoor gas firepit make this the perfect place to spend the day or the week.
We've furnished the unit as if it were our own home because, just like us, we know you want a spacious, comfortable and very well equipped place to enjoy your vacation. You won't be disappointed.
